Our description

Aegean villas are located in very quiet part of Potos, full of olive trees and you need only few minutes of walking to reach the center and the beach. Apartments are very comfortable and clean. The owners are very nice people from England.

Accommodation is located in Potos, at 400m from the center and about 350m away from the beach.

Aegean Villas offers seven very spacious apartments. The smallest is about 40m2, and the larger is 50m2. They are all family and have one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. In the bedroom, there's a double bed, and in the living room, there are one or two sofas. One apartment in the basement can accommodate up to six people because it has two sofa beds for four in the living room.

Four apartments are on the high ground floor, and three are in the basement, but they have large windows and are illuminated like all the rest. There's no moisture in them, they even have an advantage because they're always fresh, so there's no need to use the air conditioner. They don't have a terrace, but the sitting sets in the yard.

Apartments on the high ground floor have large terraces, which are separated from each other so that each apartment has its own privacy, and especially those without a garden view.

All apartments have TV and telephone in each room, hair dryer, mosquito nets, iron, bathroom and wireless internet. They are air-conditioned, but the use of air conditioner is charged 7,5e per day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, as well as a small oven with oven.

In the basement, guests can use several washing and drying machines, several microwave ovens and a freezer.

Cleaning, as well as replacing linen and towels, is done every four days.

There is plenty of space for sitting and barbecuing in the yard, and private parking is provided within the accommodation.

Arriving from Limenaria, at the central intersection (at the amusement park) continue straight ahead towards the exit from Potos to the yellow bridge. On your left side you'll see similar pink houses in line, the board with the writing Kapahi and the street that separates to the left. Turn left and drive ahead for 200m until you see Aegean Villas on your left.

Aegean Villas is recommended for those looking for comfortable apartments, a quiet location, a slight distance from the city center and traffic, as well as vacation in a true sense of the word. Accommodation is quality and new, within walking distance from all amenities that Potos offers, making it one of the best choices.

Owners description

For a lovely relaxing holiday The Aegean Villas is the perfect place to be. Just a short walk away from the main center and beach but in a quite location surrounded by olive, almond, peach and fig trees.

Seven luxury family-style one bedroom apartments. Comfortably sleeps 4-5 people in the upper apartments or 5-6 people in the lower. Biggest apartments (not studios) on Thassos, each with a double bedroom & lounge with sofa beds (babies cots available on request). Each apartment has its own balcony, fully equipped kitchen, TV & WiFi and guests are welcome to use the purpose built BBQ anytime.

A beautiful Greek garden which has been lovingly tended by the owners has many beautiful flowers and exotic plants and also has a grape vine which flourishes every year with tasty grapes that is used to make the Greek favourite drink Tsipouro. When you are hungry you can create your own BBQ with everything you need close to hand. There is also a beautiful pavilion where you can sit and drink a morning coffee or have breakfast or just sit and wile away the hours, read a book or take in the beautiful scenery.

The main center is just a few minutes walk away and has everything there that you need, there are supermarkets, jewellers, gift shops, pharmacies, butchers, cafe bars, taverns and take-away-food outlets There is also deep sea diving school with qualified instructors to take you below the beautiful Aegean sea and discover the underwater sea life. For the children there is an arcade with amusements and a go-kart track The beach is also close by and you can spend the day lounging by the sea and have cold drinks bought to you from one of the many seafront bars.

Thassos is a beautiful island with some great scenery if you would like to take a trip around the island we can arrange car hire for you.
