Our description
Eleutheria Loula Studios are located in Potos, on the south side of the island. It has a very modest, but low-cost studios, on the walking distance of around 10 minutes from the beach.
It is 450m away from the beach, on the road to Theologos village. From the main intersection it is 350m away.
Studios Eleutheria Loula has three floors where are studios for two, three and four persons.
On the ground floor, there are three studios. One triple and one studio for four persons are on the front side of the building, while one more triple is on the back side.
On the first floor, there are three studios, also two from the front side - one four bed and one triple that can be rented as one apartment because they have the same entrance from the common corridor. And there is one studio from the back side which is triple and it has a big balcony.
On the second floor there is a triple studio from the back side of the house.
All studios have one double and one single bed, while four-bed studios have one double and two single beds. Balconies from the front are larger and they have a garden view and mountain view. Every studio has around 20m2.
All studios have a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, mosquito nets, AC and TV. Also, there is internet access.
Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels is done every five days.
In the back side of the yard there is sitting area and barbecue that can be used.
In the front side of the yard is a parking space.
When you are arriving from the Limenaria direction, you will come to the main intersection in Potos and you will turn left to the road that is leading to Theologos. After 300m on the left side is a villa, opposite of the Sotiria houses that has a sign next to the road. In the same yard is Dagali studios. The building is separated and Eleutheria Loula studios are in the right part of the house.
If you are looking for a pretty good accommodation isolated from the crowd, Eleutheria Loula can be a good choice. An advantage is private parking which is very rare in Potos.

Studios Eleftheria is located 400 meters far from the main intersection in Potos, on the way to Theologos.
The villa offers 5 triple and one quadruple studio. The villa has private parking and nice garden.
All studios have A/C, TV, internet access, new kitchen. Towels and sheets are changed every 5 days. Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. For bigger families, you can take 2 triple studios as a duplex apartment. Quadruple studio is in the ground floor, it has double and 2 single beds and veranda in front.
There is a nice garden behind the house, where you can enjoy a barbecue with friends and family.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo, da li mogu da vidim slike 2 bed studio? ne mogu da pronadjem medju slikama koje su postavljene. I ako mozete da mi kazete tacnu adresu i udaljenost od centra grada. Hvala!

Kada se uporede prednosti i mane, sasvim dobar izbor. Gospodja Meri, simpaticna baka, ne zna rec engleskog ali smo se siti ispricali bez razumevanja. Dobra lokacija, sobe neke losije neke bolje, mi smo dobili bolju ali najveci nedostatak je nestasica tople i uopste vode, narocito drugom delu dana. Higijena meni nije smetala ali mojoj supruzi jeste. Parking je manji ali nije problem. Sve u svemu dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta.
