A stunning location for a family vacation and a delight for all the senses. The hosts deserve high praise for their kindness and unobtrusiveness. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the entire island, located just 6 km from the beautiful Limenarija. Potos is 2 km away and is worth a visit, though not more than once ;)

The villa suits our taste perfectly. It is secluded and offers a true retreat. Just a three-minute drive from Potos, it provides everything we needed. Surrounded by olive trees, the yard is spacious and beautifully landscaped. For those who appreciate nature and are unfazed by its elements, and who seek a genuine escape, we highly recommend it. The beach is only a minute away. We are very satisfied.

The apartment for two is small yet sufficient, beautifully decorated, and clean. The hosts are exceptionally kind people. The villa is situated in an excellent location, far enough from the center to enjoy your peace in the evenings, yet close enough to some of the most famous and beautiful beaches. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

An excellent space with small rooms, yet a beautiful courtyard. Very close to a beach that might be one of the smaller and quieter ones on the island. It is evident that at the beginning one should inquire about the sunbeds and umbrellas (there are two sets of umbrellas and sunbeds available for use). We went as a group of four families, so we could utilize both umbrellas during the time when there was no one else around but us.

The overall impression was significantly marred by the realization that the information regarding umbrellas and sunbeds awaiting guests at the beach was incorrect. This was one of the key factors that led me to choose this villa. It was less important that we paid 5 euros in the morning and 5 euros in the afternoon. What troubled us more was that we had to rush in the morning to secure a spot.

If you desire, above all, peace and proximity to a beach that is not overcrowded, I would recommend this location. The accommodation is regularly maintained, with hygiene and cleanliness being a priority. The landlady, Elena, does not speak English, but you can communicate through an online dictionary. The yard is beautiful.

Excellent accommodation

The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable and fully matches the description. Spacious rooms, a lovely courtyard, plenty of shade; we didn't use the air conditioning, and everything is tidy. The beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, is very close. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it is kept very clean, with rooms being cleaned daily. The owners are extremely kind and polite; despite speaking only Greek, they always make an effort to be accommodating. An added charm of this house is the pet dog, Hector. I don't know what breed he is, but he is a cuddly, small, fluffy creature that the children, as well as we, spoiled every day. Additionally, there are a few timid cats in the courtyard, but they always appear around our table when we are dining (we stayed in the ground-floor apartment). In any case, we wholeheartedly recommend it.

I would gladly return to this accommodation if given the opportunity.

Given that we have formed an inaccurate impression of this property based on previous visitors' comments, I believe it is fair to present some precise information so that future guests are not confused. The villa is situated next to a large and luxurious hotel, which has rented half of Rosogremos beach. The other half of the beach is divided into two parts: one is completely free for personal sunbeds, while the other is charged by nearby micro establishments. The beach is undoubtedly the best in the vicinity, but there is no natural shade (considering it faces south), and the villa's guests have their own large sunshade with four loungers right by the sea. The distance from the sunshade to the villa is about 300 meters, not 20 as previously stated. The distance from the villa to Potos is approximately 2200 meters, not 800. The villa itself is divided into 5 or 6 rooms, which can be rented separately or together, and each has a usable kitchen and toilet. Everything is equipped adequately and sufficiently, though the dimensions are quite modest. The yard is beautifully maintained, but lacks facilities for children. However, given the proximity of the beach, this is not a significant drawback. Hygiene is very good by Greek standards. The landlady is kind and truly knows little English, and it may be important to emphasize that guests will receive a key for the beach sunshade from her on their first day of swimming (all the way to the right side), and they should try to find out which sunshade is theirs when they arrive.

Peace, tranquility, and proximity to the beach (Roso Gremos and Notos). At Roso Gremos beach, there are umbrellas and sun loungers included in the price of the apartment. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is excellently equipped, and the courtyard is beautiful. This accommodation is highly recommended for families with small children. The only issue is communication with the villa owner, who speaks only Greek.

We are truly delighted with the accommodation and, in general, with Thassos. The owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hygiene of the property is at a high level. The ambiance is beautiful. The beach is just two minutes away from the accommodation, and each studio has its own umbrella and sun loungers. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. There is also parking available in front of the accommodation.

At the beginning of September, my family and I spent 14 fantastic days on Thassos, and one of the main reasons for this was the outstanding accommodation. The phenomenal location, beautiful courtyard, and friendly, hardworking hosts truly deserve every recommendation. This was our best accommodation in the past five years. I recommend choosing a ground-floor accommodation.

My husband, daughter, and I vacationed in August 2013. The villa is excellent for families with small children and for anyone seeking a truly restful getaway. The location of the villa is perfect, close to all tourist attractions and beautiful beaches. Although we found the beach in front of the villa, Roso Gremos, to be the most delightful due to its peace and quiet.

During the period from August 5 to 16, 2013, we stayed at the Paradise Dream villa. Four adults and a fifteen-month-old baby. We wanted to book a ground-floor apartment, but since there was no availability for our desired dates, we opted for two studios on the upper floor. Our biggest concern was that the studio would be too small, as we needed to fit a crib for the baby. Fortunately, the studio was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. As for the overall impression, I can only express my admiration. The courtyard is clean, well-kept, and spacious, with plenty of shade. The studios are tidy, and towels are changed every three days. The kitchen on the terrace is well-equipped and spotless. There are two lovely beaches nearby (just as mentioned in the property description). The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. In short, it deserves every praise.

I stayed in this villa with my husband and friends in June 2013. I can say only one thing: I have traveled a lot, I have been to Thassos several times, but these people are truly phenomenal. The house is the most beautiful place we could have chosen, featuring a vast garden filled with greenery, and wonderful owners who are always smiling and ready for any cooperation! I vacationed with my wife and friends in the neighboring apartment. This accommodation, with its friendly hosts and beautiful courtyard, along with the proximity to several beaches that I believe are the most beautiful on the island, turned out to be the perfect choice. I can recommend it to anyone who values a relaxed vacation, free from noise, yet close to Potos. If the opportunity arises, we will vacation again in the same accommodation.

We stayed at this property from August 20th to 30th, 2012. There were three adults and two children aged 7 and 3. The accommodation was excellent. It was a studio with two double beds, and we also received a crib. The studio was equipped as if you were in your own home; nothing was lacking in terms of utensils, comfort, and cleanliness. The beautiful yard was ideal for children. There was a grill, a rocking chair, seesaws, grass, and shade... Perhaps we only missed some company for evening sitting and grilling. The town is very close, and the beach is right next to the five-star hotel. The children swam in their pool, which has seawater, and there was also a small playground nearby. The owners have a huge umbrella on the beach and sunbeds, so we didn’t move much from our beach, which had everything we needed for ourselves and the children. Potos is very beautiful in the evening and bustling. All in all, thank you to Nikana for the recommendation and the wonderful vacation.

From June 25 to July 9, 2012, I stayed with my wife and three children. We utilized the landlord's apartment, which featured two double beds and a sofa bed. The proximity to the sea allowed for a quick return to the room, and there was plenty of shade during the day. Ample parking space was available, and the beach was perfect, with the landlords providing sunbeds and umbrellas.

-Accommodation from July 11 to 18 - with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. We sought either an apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a terrace, or two studios. Instead, we received two very small rooms with bathrooms and terraces, which also had kitchenettes. In the room where my daughter’s family was accommodated, it was not possible to fit a crib.
