Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Calma Living Apartments is located in Potos, the most attractive and sought-after tourist destination on the island of Thassos. Situated just 700m from the nearest beach, this accommodation offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural surroundings. The modernly designed apartments and studios, along with a swimming pool in the courtyard available to guests, make this lodging an ideal place to relax with views of the sea or pool.
The accommodation includes executive triple studios featuring a double bed and a fold-out armchair, superior quadruple studios with a double bed and a sofa bed for two, deluxe apartments with a jacuzzi (located in the basement) equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two, a family apartment without a kitchen that accommodates up to five guests with two double beds and a sofa, and a two-level apartment that can host up to eight guests with three double beds (only one bedroom has a door) and a sofa bed for two in the kitchen area.
The apartments and studios are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi, TV, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. All units, except the 5-Bed Family Apartment, include a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, and a kettle. Bathrooms feature a shower with a glass partition or a shower cabin.
In the fenced courtyard, guests can enjoy the swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Daily cleaning is provided, and towels and bed linens are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.
