Esperia Village is located in Potos, the most attractive and sought-after tourist destination on the island of Thassos, at a distance of 750m from the nearest beach.
There are five accommodation units available, located on the ground floor and on the high ground floor.
Apartment Suite can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Apartment Deluxe Suite can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. On the first level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while the bedroom is located on the second level. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Apartments Superior Suite, King Suite, and King Suite Pool View can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. On the first level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while the bedroom is located on the second level. The bedroom features a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe, room service, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray with a glass screen or a shower cabin with toiletries.
Guests can spend warm summer days overlooking the pool and garden on the veranda and balcony equipped with seating and sun loungers.
In the beautifully maintained garden there is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, guests can also enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends under the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units and towel replacement are done daily, while bed linen is changed every four days.
Guests of the accommodation have a parking space in the private parking area located in front of the property.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
