Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Stella Family House is a spacious apartment located in a peaceful part of Potos, approximately 500m from the town center and around 700m from the nearest beach. It is perfect for two families or larger groups who wish to indulge in privacy.
In the immediate vicinity of the property, only 150m away, there is a fish market, while the first pastry shop and bakery are about 400m away, and a mini-market at 450m.
The apartment (around 85m) is situated on the ground floor of a family house and it can accommodate up to eight people: four adults and four children until 12 years. It consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a living room with two pull-out sofas (suitable for two small children each), as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners, a toaster, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker.
Guests have access to the internet, two air conditioning units (one in each bedroom), TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as mosquito nets on the windows. The apartment features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for seating. In the beautifully landscaped yard, there are toys for children, making this accommodation unit an excellent choice for families with young children. Upon request, the owners can also provide a baby cot.
Bed linen, towels, and apartment cleaning are done during the mid-stay.
The property has two private parking spaces.
You will easily find this accommodation. When coming to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn left at the central intersection and drive straight for about 500m, along the road leading to the traditional village of Teologos. On your left, right after Villa Muses, you will recognize this small two-story house completely nestled in greenery.
Stella Family House is an excellent choice for those seeking comfortable and functional family accommodation close to all the amenities that Potos offers, yet secluded enough from the city crowds for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
