Owners description
Kaliva Avgoustos studio is located in place Skala Kallirachi on Thassos. It is a cottage that is located just on the coast and can accommodate four persons.
It is just next to the main road, on one side, and next to the sea on the other side. In front of the entrance, it has a beautiful terrace where you can dring a morning coffee or enjoy incredible sunsets.
It consists of one area of 40m2 that has one double and two single beds, so can accommodate two adults and two children. It has a kitchen and bathroom, TV, A/C and internet, while outside there’s a place for barbecue and parking.

For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, for period from 22.08.2021 to 27.08.2021, for stays of 5 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 90 euros per day.
Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, for period from 07.08.2021 to 13.08.2021, there is a discounted price of 90 euros per day.
The prices in the tables are without the calculated discount.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices. Prices are per accommodation unit, not per person.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
