Hotel Description

Katerina Hotel Apartments is the accommodation near the beach in Kanali, about 200m from the town center. It offers a pool, a restaurant, a snack bar and a beach bar, deck chairs and parasols on the beach and pool. It has studios for 2-3 persons and apartments for 4-5 persons. It’s the most sought after facility in the Epirus region is our site, with excellent reviews from our guests who have spent summer in a hotel in the previous seasons.

Preveza is about 12km away.

Five double-bed studios (18m2) have one French or two single beds and a pull-out sofa/armchair. Eight four-bed apartments (32m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the kitchen area, and one five-bed apartment (42m2) has one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, an equipped kitchen (two hotplates, small fridge and a coffee maker), wireless internet, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.

Cleaning is carried out daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced every third day.

The hotel offers a reception desk, safe box (additionally charged), a large pool with a part for children, poolside bar, restaurant, internet corner, children’s playground and covered private parking.

It’s separated from the long and sandy beaches by a slow street, and deck chairs and parasols are free of charge with a purchased drink.

Katerina Hotel is especially interesting for families with children because of the facilities it offers and the proximity of the beach, but it’s often visited by couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful and tranquil vacation resort. An excellent base for excursions to other towns. The accommodation matches the pictures; it is cleaned daily, and the bed linens are changed every third day.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
