Karantola Studios is a high-quality accommodation near the beach, where all units have a direct view of the sea. The owners are very kind and always available to their guests. Private parking is provided for the guests.

Karantola Studios is located in Skala Kalirachi, just 30m from the beach. The nearest store and bakery are about 1km away.

This property offers eight accommodation units - three double studios (20m2), two triple studios (20m2), two quadruple studios (20m2), and one triple studio in the attic (20m2).

The bed layout is very simple, with one double bed in the double studios, one double bed and one single bed in the triple studios, and one double bed and bunk beds in the quadruple studios.

One quadruple studio is located on the ground floor, while the other quadruple studio, along with the double and triple studios, is located on the first floor. There is also one triple studio in the attic (listed as Attic in the price list).

All units have a direct sea view from the balcony. One quadruple studio on the ground floor has its own seating area with a sea view instead of a balcony.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet access, hairdryer, and a baby cot can be provided upon request before booking. The studios have a small kitchenette with two hot plates (some studios have a kitchen on the balcony to prevent odors from spreading inside the unit).

The courtyard is terraced, paved, and beautifully landscaped. Guests have access to a large number of tables and chairs for socializing and enjoying the view, as well as a communal bar where the owners can serve drinks. Private parking is provided for each guest. Pets are welcome, but it should be mentioned before booking.

Cleaning, towel and linen change is done every fifth day.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
