Pine Beach House is - you guessed it- a house next to a beach covered by pine trees.

You will love the mix of green and blue colors in the area thanks to the lush landscape of the olive grove nearby, the charming garden of the property, the mountain views behind, and the emerald waters in front.

Crystal-clear water, pine trees, pebble beach, lush vegetation, and a private house with natural air conditioning: the ideal recipe for peaceful and relaxing holidays you will long remember!

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large living room where the fully-equipped kitchen also lies.

On the western (beach) side, there is an outdoor sitting area with a wooden roof to provide you with deep shade.

From there, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the local pebble beach. You can even hear the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. However, what you will enjoy the most is the feeling of the fresh Aegean breeze on your face. No matter how hot the day is, you will not feel it in this sitting area. You may even need a jacket sometimes! It’s that cool!

If lying down in the shade of our wooden roof is not enough for you, you only have to walk a further 4 meters toward the pine beach. There, under the natural shade of the pine trees, it is a different season altogether; the temperature reminds you more of spring rather than summer.

Here, you will never need to worry about heat. The fresh Aegean breeze and the shade of the pine trees create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy fabulous summer holidays.

You will be surprised by how cold the house is, even when it is 40 degrees. And just to be sure, although you won’t need it, there is a roof fan in every single room!

And if that is not good enough, the crystal-clear waters are only a further 2 meters from there. Dive in, swim, or snorkel around our rich waters.

The spaces inside the house include a double room, two triple rooms, the bathroom/shower, and the large living room with the two sofas, table, and fully-equipped kitchen.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
