Description
Julie's Hermes House is an accommodation located right on the beach, you can see the sea even from the inside of studio. The view is fantastic and privacy is guaranteed, since you will be the only guests of this accommodation.
The house is located in Skala Kallirachi, right on the beach.
It is a studio (50m2) that has two joined beds, one single and one sofa bed and can accommodate up to four people. At the entrance to the unit there is also a fenced terrace with a great view of the sea and direct access to the beach.
There is also a kitchen, with a mini oven with two rings, an electric kettle and a toaster. There is a larger refrigerator, with a freezer compartment.
Private parking and a barbecue area are available to guests.
Towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day, and guests maintain hygiene in the studio themselves (they enter a clean unit).
If you want accommodation right on the beach, where you would be the only guests, Julie's Hermes House is the right choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
