Villa Dusseldorf is located in Potos and its location is quite favorable considering that it takes you 7-8 minutes walk to all the necessary amenities for your vacation, yet you are away from the strict center, so there is no noise and crowds. The villa has enough parking spaces both in the front and in the back of its large yard, which is not common for properties in Potos.

The accommodation is 400 meters away from the central intersection towards Theologos and 500 meters from the city beach.

It is an older, modest, but properly maintained property.

Guests have at their disposal two quadruple apartments (30m2), two double studios (12m2), and two triple studios (18m2). All accommodation units are located on the upper floor, except for one apartment which is on the ground floor.

The furniture in all accommodation units is typical, wooden, suitable for apartments. The bathrooms mostly do not have a shower cabin, instead, one stands on tiles while showering, and in several studios, the bathrooms are completely new and renovated. Curtains are present in each bathroom. The balconies are either larger but shared, or separate and narrower. Only the apartments, positioned at the front of the villa, facing the street, on the ground floor and on the first floor, have large, separate balconies.

The double studio has one queen bed and a kitchen in the same room. There is also one double room available, with a queen bed but without a kitchen, only with a refrigerator.

The triple studio has one queen and one single bed. The kitchen is in the same room.

On the ground floor, there is one quadruple apartment, which has a queen bed and two single beds. The unit overlooks the yard and has two air conditioners. The bathroom is of smaller square footage. Another, larger apartment on the ground floor has a hallway, bathroom, and two rooms with access to a terrace (one larger terrace, belonging only to that apartment) facing the parking lot in the yard and the street at the same level. Both bedrooms have a queen bed each and a TV and air conditioner. The bathroom is newer, with higher quality sanitary ware and tiles, but without a shower cabin, one showers on tiles. All in all, all rooms are spacious enough and quite decent. Another apartment, on the upper floor, is very similar, with the bathroom being somewhat older, the kitchen not being in the room but in the entrance hallway of the apartment, and each room having a queen bed.

All accommodation units in this villa are air-conditioned, have TVs, and wireless internet connection.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 to 5 days, depending on the length of stay, and cleaning is done as needed, sometimes even daily.

In the backyard, there is a large shaded area behind the villa, where children can play carefree without the fear of cars. There are also tables and chairs, a few umbrellas, a built-in barbecue, and a table for table tennis. The large common terrace on the ground floor has multiple exits to the yard, so you can also sit in the shade, enjoy, have lunch, watch the children play, socialize with other guests. The same type of terrace exists on the first floor. Of course, there are parking spaces along the street, next to or opposite the villa.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the main intersection, turn left towards the village of Theologos. Dusseldorf will be visible on your left side after 400 meters.

If you are looking for modest and clean accommodation, just a few minutes walk from all amenities, yet outside the busiest part of the town, with private parking and a shaded yard, friendly hosts, Dusseldorf villa might be a good choice.
