Our description
**Villa Dusseldorf is located in Potos and the location is quite good considering that you need 5 to 10 minutes to reach all amenities needed on summer vacation, and yet you are displaced from the center, so there is no hustle and bustle. The villa has enough parking spaces within its large courtyard, both at the front and the back, which is not common for objects in Potos. **
Accommodation is about 400 meters from the central intersection in the direction of Teologos and about 500 meters from the city beach.
It is older, modest but decent accommodation.
It offers two four-bed apartments (30m2), three double studios (12m2) and two triple studios (18m2). Only one apartment is situated on the groud floor while all the other units are on the first floor.
Furniture in all accommodation units is typical, wooden. Bathrooms don’t have shower-tubs, but a guest has to stand on shower tiles when showering. There are shower curtains in each bathroom. There are few renovated and new bathrooms. Balconies are either larger but shared, or separated and quite narrow. Only apartments positioned in the front of the villa, facing the street, on the ground floor and first floor, have large, separate terraces.
Double studio has one double bed and kitchen in the same room. There is also one double room with a double bed and only with a fridge (without a kitchen).
Triple studios have a double and a single bed. The kitchen is in the same room.
The ground floor apartment has a hall, bathroom and two bedrooms with entrance/exit to the terrace (one large terrace, which belongs just to the apartment) looking towards the parking lot in the yard and street, which is in line with them. Both rooms have a double bed and a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is newer, with better sanitation and tiles, but even here there is no bath but one has to shower standing on tiles. The rooms are large enough and quite decent. The other apartment, upstairs is very similar, but the bathroom is a little bit older, the kitchen is not in the room, but in the entrance hall of the apartment and rooms are each with a double bed.
All accommodation units in this villa are air conditioned, have televisions and wireless Internet connection.
Changing sheets and towels is performed every 3 to 5 days depending on length of stay, a cleaning is done as needed, sometimes daily.
In the back yard of the villa there is a large space in the shade, where children can safely play without fear of cars. There are also tables and chairs and the umbrella, lots of shade, built barbecue and table for table-tennis. Large common terrace on the ground floor has a few exits to the courtyard, so that you can sit in it, in the shade, enjoy, dine, watch children while they play, socialize with other guests. On the first floor is a terrace the same as this one.
Of course, there are parking areas along the street, next to the villa and across from it.
When coming from Limenaria direction, turn on the crossroad towards village Theologos. After 400 meters you will see the house Dusseldorf on your left side.
We would recommend this accommodation to those who are not too demanding, requiring a modest quarters not too far from the center and the beach, with a decent yard, parking area and peace.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
