Our description
Erodios Studios is located almost on the beach in Skala Kallirachi and it is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. Studios are on the ground floor while the apartments are on the upper floor and one of them even has a sea view. The yard is spacious, green and it has a lot of toys for children and tables with chairs.
Beach across the street is nothing special. Center of Skala Kalirachi is 1km away, where the town beach is also, and the closest super market is a few hundred meters away.
Erodios Studios is built in 2007, very nice and luxurious.
The villa is a two-storey building and consists of six studios on the ground floor and two apartments. There are two triple studios (25m2) with one double bed and one armchair. Two double studios (20m2) have a double bed with two mattresses and the other two (20m2) have a standard double bed and there can be added and an extra bed.
4 Bed Apartment (40m2) has two bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and fold out armchair, living room with sofa bed and kitchen with a big fridge and a cook. From the balcony there is mostly mountain view but also a side sea view.
4 Bed Apartment, Owner's House (70m2) is located on the upper floor, it has a sea view and a big balcony that you can enter from both rooms. In the bedroom there is one double bed, while in the living room there are a fold out sofa for two children and fully equipped kitchen with small fridge and an oven. There is a tub in the bathroom. Extra bed can not be added in this apartment.
Some of the studios have a view of the sea, and all of them have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, terraces, bathrooms, great equipped kitchen, wireless internet signal, safe, hair dryer and baby cot (on request).
Cleaning is done daily, change of linen and towels every three days (more often if necessary).
The villa has a beautiful and very meticulously decorated yard, lots of shade, toys for the children and furniture for sitting and enjoying.
Private parking is provided for all the guests and there is a corner for kids with toys in the yard.
Villa is situated just a few steps away from the sea, from the left side of the street coming from Prinos, right after the tavern Vlahos.
If you want high quality accommodation on the west coast, very close to the beach, Erodios Studios is certainly one of the best choices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

I am interested in summer holiday in Studios from 10 of august to 25 of august in that period we want to stay 10 nights. The date from 10-25 august is flexible. We are 4 family's. Smestaj je u potpunosti bio u skladu sa nasim ocekivanjima. Sve sto je pisalo na sajtu bilo je dostupno. Ono što me je od svega najviše očaralo je naša domaćica Vula. Predivna, elokventna, gostoljubiva, spremna da pomogne, uslužna. Predivno smo se proveli.
