Hotel Description

Maria Studios is located in the center of the Skala Maries, close to shops, taverns and the city beach. It is a very good quality and nicely decorated accommodation with good location and great views.

The center of the Skala Maries and the city beach are about 100m away, while the famous Atspas Beach is 450m away.

The villa was renovated in 2016 and is equipped with modern furniture. It offers two apartments (35m2) on the second floor, overlooking the sea and the Skala Maries. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and has a mini oven.

From the season 2019 in the offer there is also one apartment on the ground floor (high ground) which has 35m2. Only this unit doesn’t have sea view. In the living room there are two single beds, equipped kitchen with a big fridge and stove, and a dining table. The bathroom is smaller and it has a shower cabin. In the bedroom there is a double bed.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and linen, is done every three days.

Steep stairs lead from the street to the garden behind the house.

Parking is available on the street in front of the property.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas beach, at the exit from Skala Maries. Walking down the street by the sea, you will pass a small intersection, and after a while it will turn to the right, where (50m after the turn) you will see Maria Studios on the left side of the street.

If you like a good view from the terrace and quality accommodation, Maria Studios can be a good choice.

Everything was fine. The landlady was a wonderful woman, ready to offer any possible assistance. The apartment was tidy and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
