Description
Atoli Studios is located in the center of Skala Maries and offers five studios with sea view. The units are arranged in a modern way and fully equipped. The owners are very polite and are trying to make their guest feel satisfied.
The accommodation is located 200m from the city beach and Sunset Beach. On the other side of the place, there is a famous sandy beach called Atspas, very popular among the tourist. The center, the shops, taverns, bakery and meat shop are also 200-250m away from the accommodation.
The accommodation started renting the units in 2017. and offers five studios. One studio on the ground floor (no.1), two on the 1st floor (no.101 and no.102) and two on the 2nd floor (no. 201 and no. 202).
The studio on the ground floor (#01) has 35m2 and it is the only studio that does not have a sea view, but look on a low traffic road outside the house. It is equipped with one double bed, a sofa and one extra bed that pulls out like a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small fridge and hot plates. This unit has the biggest bathroom with shower cabin inside.
The studios 101 and 201 are the same except one of them is located on the first and the second one on the second floor. Both units have sea view, small balcony, one double bed, fully equipped kitchen with small fridge and hot pans and a bathroom with shower cabin. The surface of the unit is 24m2.
Just like the previous two units, both studios 102 and 202 are the same, they just differ in floor and are a bit spacious. The surface of the unit is 28m2. The balconies are also smaller but have lovely sea view. Inside the room, there's a double bed and folding sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a hot plates and a small refrigerator. There's a shower cabin in the bathroom.
The cleaning is done every day and the change of towels and bed linen is being don every three days.
The accommodation has no private parking but the guests can leave their vehicles in nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, take a right turn before the small bridge and keep going forward towards the church and the center. When you arrive at the church, don't go to the city beach, but take a left turn in a narrow alley. After 100m you will see your accommodation on the left side of the road.
Atoli Studios is an ideal choice for everyone that wants a bit more modern accommodation in the center, and a possibility to enjoy the sea view and the sunsets from their balconies.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, interesuje nas da li u periodu od 12.08. - 22.08.2024. postoje dva slobodna trokrevetna studija (No.102 i No. 202). U pitanju su dve porodice koje zajedno letuju (2 odrasla + dete 14 god. i 2 odrasla + dete 14.god). Pozdrav, hvala!
