Description
Mimina Villa is located near the famous sandy Atspas beach in Skala Maries. The house is designed for eight people and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is fully equipped to make guests feel at home during their stay. A barbecue is also available.
Villa is only a few stairs away from the famous Atspas beach. The beach is under the shelter, it is sunken and great for families with children. The center is 450m away and next to the house there's a small shop.
The villa is among the newly built buildings in this part of Skala Maries. It's rented as a whole house and accommodates up to eight people, including children. On the first floor, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms with one double bed each (two extra beds can be added if needed). Two rooms share a large terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor, there's a large living room with corner furniture, dining room, kitchen, toilet and two terraces. The corner set is stretched out for two people to sleep on it. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove and a dishwasher. One terrace is between the house and it's only for the barbecue, while the other has a sea view.
The house also features internet, TV, washing machine and iron. Each room is air-conditioned.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are performed on the half of stay.
Guests can find parking space on the street in front of the house.
Villa Mimina is located right by the sea, next to the Atspas beach. Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, drive until you reach the crossing towards Atspas beach. Continue on that street and you'll see the villa a bit before the Porto Gatos bar.
Mimina Villa has everything you need to feel at home and it's a great starting point for visiting the island.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
