Our description
Rigas Apartment is located in the center of Skala Maries, close to the beach. It is also very good base for going around the island. Rigas offers very nice, comfort and affordable apartment for five persons with great sea view. Barbecue and washing machine are provided.
Apartment is 160 meters from the city beach and the center with shops, taverns, pharmacy and bakery. Popular Atspas beach is 400 meters away.
Apartment is situated on the first floor and has 65m2. The entrance is from the balcony. The balcony has an amazing sea view. Living room has corner sofa which can be opened for two persons. There is also a kitchen with a stove, small oven and a fridge. Inside the bedroom there is a double bed. If needed, an extra bed or baby cot can be added. Bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
There are also two TVs, two A/C, hairdryer, safe box, WiFi internet, barbecue and mosquito nets.
Small pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and linen, are usually done every 4-5 days, depending of length of stay.
Parking can be found close by, but there is no private parking space provided.
Apartment is a good choice for those who want to enjoy sea view and to be close to the beach.

Owners description
Rigas apartment is located in Skala Maries on just 5 minutes from the restaurants, shops and 3 beaches which are in Skala Maries.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and it has a beautiful view on one of 3 bays.
It consists of a living room where is one folding sofa bed, and where is a kitchen too, living room where is a double bed, and bathroom where is a washing machine. Also, there is a balcony which has a view towards the sea where you can enjoy the wonderful view. The apartment is equipped with 2 TVs, 2 A/C, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, mosquito nets, internet, and an option of adding a baby cot and one extra bed (rantzo).
Bed linen and towels are replacing on every 3 days. Small pets are allowed (on request upon booking).
Also, this apartment has outdoor barbecue where guests can make a grill. Guests can find parking on the roud in front of the villa.
The owner, who is all the time in contact with the guests, knows the Bulgarian and English language so communication in this languages is very easy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odličan smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Predivna terasa sa predivnim pogledom na more. Veoma ljubazni stanodavci.

Savršen apartman kompletno opremljen, Čist, uredan i sa predivnim pogledom na more. Jedna od tri plaže u mestu je jako blizu i vidi se sa terase, a i do ostale dve se može doći pešice. Dve klime, dva TV, kada i veš mašina u kupatilu, kao i wifi koji je sasvim zadovoljavajući je nešto što je velika retkost u grčkim apartmanima, a ovaj je sve to imao. Vlasnici apartmana su nenametljivi, ali ljubazni i uvek dostupni za sve što je potrebno... Sve u svemu bili smo prezadovoljni uslugom i komforom koji smo imali u Rigas Apartmanu. Sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti tamo.

Apartman Rigas je za svaku preporuku. Odlična lokacija apartmana i velika terasa omigućavaju predivan pogled na more, plažu i samo mesto Skala Maries...Apartman je svetao, ali nije direktno izložen suncu, tako da u svako doba dana mozete uživati na terasi. Komforan je, čist, uredan i potpuno opremljen, tako da ćete se osećati kao da ste kod svoje kuće. Dovoljno peskiea i rezervne posteljine, jao i veš mašina.Vlasnica apartmana je bila izuzetno ljubazna i gostoprimljiva i u svakom trenutku distupna za sve što je eventualno potrebno...Parking mesto nije posebno obezbedjeno, ali postoji neki prećutni dogovor medju komšijama da je mesto ispred same vile namenjeno korisniku apartmana...Sve u svemu jedan savršen odmor.

10 fenomenalnih dana smo proveli u ovom izvanrednom smeštaju. Ne zna se da li je lepši smeštaj ili ovo orginalno mesto. Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni i gostoljubivi. Cela porodica je na usluzi. Sve sto su napisali u opisu je uživo i mnogo bolje. Preporuka za sve one koji vole kvalitetan smeštaj i nekomercijalizovana mesta.
