Hotel Description

Rigas Apartment is located in the center of Skala Maries, close to the beach. It is also very good base for going around the island. Rigas offers very nice, comfort and affordable apartment for five persons with great sea view. Barbecue and washing machine are provided.

Apartment is 160 meters from the city beach and the center with shops, taverns, pharmacy and bakery. Popular Atspas beach is 400 meters away.

Apartment is situated on the first floor and has 65m2. The entrance is from the balcony. The balcony has an amazing sea view. Living room has corner sofa which can be opened for two persons. There is also a kitchen with a stove, small oven and a fridge. Inside the bedroom there is a double bed. If needed, an extra bed or baby cot can be added. Bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.

There are also two TVs, two A/C, hairdryer, safe box, WiFi internet, barbecue and mosquito nets.

Small pets are allowed upon request.

Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and linen, are usually done every 4-5 days, depending of length of stay.

Parking can be found close by, but there is no private parking space provided.

Apartment is a good choice for those who want to enjoy sea view and to be close to the beach.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
