Our description
Evaggelia's Family Home is located in the center of Skala Maries and offers a spacious apartment and a studio with sea view. Both units are fully equipped in order to make the guest feel like home. The owners are are a nice people.
The villa is located in Skala Maries, 100m from the city beach and Sunset beach. The famous Atspas beach is on the other side of the place but you can get to this beach by foot. The house is located in the center, and the taverns, the bakery, meat shop and the store are 100-150m from the villa.
The accommodation was renovated in 2018 and offers one apartment with three bedrooms and one studio. The units are one next to each other and have a access on a bigger common balcony with a sea view. Each room has its own sitting area.
The studio (25m2) has one double bed and folding sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge and hot plates while the bathroom has a shower base.
The apartment (80m2) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In two bedrooms there is one double bed while the third one has a double bed and one single bed. Both of the bathrooms have a bath tub and one of them has a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen is separated and it has a large fridge, small oven, hot plates, coffee machine and one single bed. There's an A/C in each of the three bedrooms.
Both of the units have WiFi access, mosquito nets, A/C and a hair dryer. There's no TV in the studio and apartment.
The cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
The yard is smaller and paved and you can find a barbecue there.
The accommodations does not have a private parking but the guests can find a free parking spot in nearby alleys or the harbor.
The villa is an ideal option for everyone that wants an accommodation in the center with a sea view but still wants to avoid the crowd that can be present in the most popular places of Thassos such as Potos, Limenaria and Limenas.

Owner description
The accommodation is located in Skala Maries, on around 200m from the center and first beach.
It has one studio and one apartment which is on the mid floor (few stairs from the ground).
The studio is for 2 persons, and it has one double bed, but if it is needed can be added an additional bed. It has equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms of which one of them has one double bed, while two have one double and one single bed. It has 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen.
The accommodation units are equipped with the TV and AC.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sem lokacije, ne bih mogla reći da je bilo šta ostavilo pozitivan utisak tokom boravka u ovom apartmanu.

Smeštaj je jako konforan, gazdarica veoma ljubazna i pristupačna, ne spada u modernije opremljene ali je to potpuno zanemarljivo, s obzirom da je menjanje peškira i posteljine na svaka 3 dana. Parking se nalazi u blizini smeštaja a do istog je lako doći.

Dobar smeštaj, blizu sve tri sjajne plaže(dve sjajne tačnije, mada i gradska nije loša), ljubazni domaćini, imaju sve od potrebština u smeštaju, ako nema - obezbediće Vam. Nije luksuzno, ali ko voli odmor u mirnom mestu, gde je sve na dohvat ruke, vredi itekako. Evaggelia je super žena.

Pristojan smestaj, za tu cenu je ok. Ima par sitnica koje bi mogli da srede npr. u kupatilu spada onaj deo za kacenje peskira pa nemas gde da okacis peskir, reso je bas stari pa imas da cekas da ti provri voda za kafu. Tako neke stvari koje su polomljene i pokvarene cisto da se porave a nije velika investicija. Inace mi smo najmanje vremena proveli u apartmanu. Nama je bilo bitno da je cisto, da imas da se istusiras i prespavas. Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo.

Smeštaj je blizu mora, gazde su ljubazne, higijena je na lošem nivou, 10 dana nije bilo tople vode!
