Hotel Description

Thea Apartments is nice accommodation on the hill above Skala Maries village so the guests can enjoy lovely sea view and sunsets. Building is new, nice decorated and has private parking. The owners are very kind.

The city beach is 300 meters away, as well as the center with taverns and shops. Sunset beach is 350m away from the villa.

Accommodation offers four modern studios, situated on the ground floor (two double and two quadruple studios). An extra bed can be added in every studio (bed with standard mattress).

Quadruple studios (no 1 and 2) have two single and one double bed, small kitchen (stove and small fridge) and big bathroom with a shower cabin. They have around 38m2.

Double studios (no 3 and 4) have one double bed, kitchen and big bathroom with a shower cabin. They have 30m2.

All the studios have WiFi, AC, TV, mosquito nets and hairdryer.

Terraces are divided. The owners live on the first floor of the building.

Cleaning, changing towels and linen is done usually every three days but depends of long of stay.

Parking is reserved for all guests.

There are two approaches to the building. One is from the main road and from there you are passing short dirt road. The other is from the inside the village, it is a longer, half asphalt road with a bigger inclination.

Accommodation is good choice for the ones who want to enjoy the view in a quiet location.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
