Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Trikeri 1 Apartments is a property located in a peaceful place. It stands out with a beautifully landscaped courtyard, secured parking space, units with separate bedrooms that are fully equipped, providing a pleasant stay during the summer.
It is situated on the southwestern side of the island in Skala Maries.
The very center, as well as the nearest market and beach, are located at a distance of 300m.
There are two apartments, with a capacity for four and five people.
The four-bed apartment (60m2) is located on the ground floor. It consists of a separate bedroom with two connected single beds and a living room/kitchen with two sofas. It is intended for a family with children, not for four adults. The apartment has a private veranda overlooking the courtyard and the street.
The five-bed apartment (80m2) is located on the first floor. It consists of a separate room with two connected single beds and a living room/kitchen with a double bed and a sofa. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea, the courtyard, and the street. This apartment also has a microwave.
Both apartments have air conditioning, WiFi access, TV, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a balcony/veranda, parking space, a landscaped courtyard. The bathrooms have shower cabins.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen, and changing of towels are done every four days.
The courtyard is fenced and well-maintained. It has seating and dining areas, with a shared outdoor kitchen that guests can use to prepare meals.
Parking is located within the courtyard. There are a total of two parking spaces, one for each apartment. If guests need additional parking space, they can park their vehicle on the street in front of the property.
