Aigli Skala Maries Deluxe Apartments is a newly built accommodation in Skala Maries, 400m from the beautiful Atspas Beach and 1km from the town center and the city beach.
Within this accommodation, four apartments are available on the ground floor and the first floor, as well as two maisonettes, the first level of which is on the second floor, and the second in the attic. The owners of this accommodation have made an effort to bring you the best memories, taking care of every detail in these new and modernly equipped apartments and maisonettes to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.
All apartments have a bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a kitchen and dining room. In the living room, there is a sofa for two people, while in the bedroom there is a double bed. The air-conditioned apartments have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a hairdryer. Apartments on the first floor have a balcony, while those on the ground floor have a veranda.
All maisonettes on the first level have a modern bathroom, and one bedroom, as well as a living room with a kitchen and dining room, while on the second level, they have another bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa for two people, while in the bedrooms there is a double bed. Each living room and bedroom have air conditioning. In the maisonettes, guests provided free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a hairdryer. You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the two balconies equipped with table and chairs, with a view of the sea and the outline of the land in the sea.
A cot is available upon request, included in the price, and small pets are also allowed.
Cleaning during the stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
There is no provided parking space for guests of this accommodation, but it is possible to park along the street where there are always free spaces.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
