Hotel Description

Atspas Villa is situated in the village of Skala Maries, right by the sea, just 120 meters from the sandy beach Atspas, from which it takes its name. The village center, taverns, and the town beach are 400 meters away, while the nearest shop is conveniently located on the same street, only 160 meters from the accommodation.

The offer includes two apartments suitable for up to four people. Both are located on the second floor and feature two bedrooms with double beds. If needed, an extra bed for a fifth person or a baby cot can be added.

Apartment No.1 is slightly smaller, with an area of 60m², and has one bathroom. Apartment No.2 covers about 75m² and includes two bathrooms - one in the hallway and another within one of the bedrooms.

Both apartments are equipped with two air conditioners and TVs, internet access, mosquito nets, and a kitchen with a large refrigerator, two hotplates, a kettle, and a microwave oven. A washing machine is available only in Apartment No.2.

The spacious balconies offer a stunning sea view and unforgettable sunsets. The apartments are accessed from the back of the building, where there is also a shared sitting area with a barbecue.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is carried out every three days. Pets are not allowed.

Parking is available in front of the property, along the street.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
