Accommodation description

AA Home is a recently renovated accommodation, located in the very center and close to the beach. It offers privacy to guests, as it is a private house, so you would be the only guests. Due to its larger size, the apartment provides comfort to guests staying there.

This accommodation is located in Skala Maries, just about fifty meters from the small town beach. The beaches of Platanes (400m away) and Atspas (1km away) are also nearby.

The property consists of a single 60m² apartment situated on the raised ground floor. It comprises two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room contains two single beds, making the apartment suitable for up to six people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, and a washing machine. There is access to a balcony from the living room.

The apartment is well-equipped; guests have access to two air conditioning units, two TVs, insect screens, a toaster, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and an iron. The bathroom features a shower (without a tray) with a curtain.

The property has a fenced yard equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. A barbecue is also available for guests to use.

The accommodation is cleaned prior to the guests’ arrival, while guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. The owners provide a clean set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves as needed.

There is one parking space for guests located in front of the gate. Pets are not allowed.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
