Hotel Description

AA Home is a recently renovated accommodation, located in the very center and close to the beach. It offers privacy to guests, as it is a private house, so you would be the only guests. Due to its larger size, the apartment provides comfort to guests staying there.

This accommodation is located in Skala Maries, just fifty meters from the city beach.

It offers one apartment (60m2), on the first floor, which consists of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds, so this apartment can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove and oven, as well as a washing machine.

The accommodation unit is very well equipped and has air conditioning and a TV, mosquito nets, a toaster, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The yard is fenced and you can find a table and chairs there, which you can use, as well as a swing. There is also a barbecue available.

Cleaning is done before entering the accommodation and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment. The owners also provide a clean set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves.

There is one parking space where you can leave your vehicle.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
