Hotel Description
Skala Mare Apartment is located in the western part of the charming village of Skala Maries, right on the seaside. The Atspas beach is about 750m away, the Platanes beach approximately 650m, while the town beach and the center of the village are just 250m away from the property.
The apartment is situated on the third floor and offers a fantastic view of the sea. It has an area of 40m² and is intended for up to four people. The living room with a kitchen area features a sofa bed for two, while the separate bedroom contains a double bed.
Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a cot (on request). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, kettle and coffee maker.
Pets are allowed.
Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
There is no private parking available, but guests can park their vehicles on the street.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
