Hotel Description

Thalassa Rooms is a recently built and very modern complex of maisonettes and studios. Apart from the fact that the accommodation units are fully equipped with the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, guests are also provided with a private parking.

This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 85m from the rocky beach. The sandy part of the beach is about 300m away and the center is 400m away.

The complex consists of one studio and five maisonettes.

Upon entering the complex, you will encounter a three-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, Caribbean, 35m²). It consists of a king-size doublebed and a single bed, which is located just above the double bed.

After the studio, there is the largest maisonette(4 Bed Studio, Two-Level, Mediterranean, 40m²). It consists of a king-size doublebed and two single beds, which are located on the upper floor. What sets it apart from the other maisonetes, aside from the size, is that it has a balcony on the upper floor with a sea view.

The remaining four maisonettes (35m²) are similarly equipped. They consist of one king-size double bed and two single beds, which are located on the upper level.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi, TV, a kitchen, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, private verandas with garden view, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a well-maintained yard, a shared barbecue, and private parking. In the bathrooms there are shower cabins.

Cleaning is done every day while towels and bed linen are being replaced every 3-4 days.

Guests can use two built-in barbecues located in the back of the house, where is also a covered sitting area. The yard is small but beautifully designed and decorated with flowers.

The owner owns a large lot next to the building where guests can park their cars in the shade of olive tree.

When you start going from the central intersection in Skala Potamia towards the sea, turn left into the first street and after about 200m you will see the sign for Thalassa Rooms from your left.

Accommodation is ideal for those who want to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the attractions that this place has to offer and as well as near to the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
