Our description
Thalassa Rooms is a recently built and very modern complex of maisonettes and studios. Apart from the fact that the accommodation units are fully equipped with the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, guests are also provided with a private parking.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 85m from the rocky beach. The sandy part of the beach is about 300m away and the center is 400m away.
The complex consists of one studio and five maisonettes.
When you enter the complex first you will see the studio which is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio has about 27m2 and a double bed. If necessary an extra bed for a child can be added.
Behind the studio, there is the largest maisonette (about 40m2) and it is the only maisonette that has a small balcony on the upper floor, while all other maisonettes (there are four more) have a smaller gallery on the upper floor, not a balcony. They have about 35m2. All maisonettes are similarly furnished and have a double bed on the ground floor, where are also the kitchen and the bathroom, while on the first floor in all the maisonettes is a smaller double bed. Extra bed for children can be added in all maisonettes. Kitchens are well equipped and they also have an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins.
Cleaning is done every day while towels and bed linen are being replaced every 3-4 days.
Guests can use two built-in barbecues located in the back of the house, where is also a covered sitting area. The yard is small but beautifully designed and decorated with flowers.
The owner owns a large lot next to the building where guests can park their cars in the shade of olive tree.
When you start going from the central intersection in Skala Potamia towards the sea, turn left into the first street and after about 200m you will see the sign for Thalassa Rooms from your left.
Accommodation is ideal for those who want to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the attractions that this place has to offer and as well as near to the beach.

Welcome to Skala Potamia, one of the most popular holiday resorts of Thassos with the famous sandy Golden beach that stretches 2,5km along the bay and deservedly wins two Blue Flags. Thalassa apartments is built 85 meters from the beach with ample parking. It consists of six modern and fully equipped ground floor apartment with mezzanine. The ideal location of the complex offers easy and direct access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, rental cars, motorcycles and the beach. Our mission is to give a carefree time & best services to every guest for an unforgettable vacation in Thassos.
The hotel is newly opened, on 31th of July 2015.
The rooms include a kitchen with two hobs and utensils, toaster, kettle, TV and hairdryer in the bathroom. All rooms have a terrace with pergola and hot water 24 hours.
Cleaning and change of linen and towels are organized every three days (it could be done every day if requested).
There is a WiFi in all rooms and satellite TV. In the garden there is a barbecue.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
