Thassian Blue Villa is a newly built accommodation, with new and quality furniture. The interior is very modern and nicely maintained. The accommodation units are spacious and the accommodation is close to the beach, the market and the bakery.
Thassian Blue is located in Skala Potamia, 400m from the center and a sandy beach with gradual depth. The first market and bakery are located 200m from the accommodation.
This property offers two apartments with one separate bedroom.
The ground floor apartment (45m2) consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed while the living room has a folding sofa bed for two persons. The living room also has a kitchen with a small fridge, built-in hot plates for preparing light meals and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a glass shower. The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Guests have a table and chairs to sit in front of the entrance to the accommodation unit.
The first floor apartment (55m2) consists of a living room with one double bed and in the same room there is a kitchen, which is equipped in the same way as the kitchen in the ground floor apartment. From the living room there is access to the terrace which is very spacious and has a side sea view and the bathroom also is accessible from the living room. The bedroom has another double bed and this room also has access to the terrace with table and chairs.
The yard, although small, is very nicely decorated, partly paved and partly under grass.
The accommodation does not have private parking but you can park your car in front of the property.
Cleaning, changing towels and bed linen is done every three days. It should be noted that frying is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and only light meals are allowed.
It is very easy to find accommodation, as soon as you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia, if you are coming from the Limenas directions, continue straight for a few more meters and on the right you will see this building.
If you want new and modern accommodation, close to everything that one tourist place has to offer, Thassian Blue Villa can be a great choice.

My recommendation for this accommodation. We stayed there at the beginning of July. The villa is new and consists of only two accommodation units, ground floor and first floor. We stayed on the first floor and had a sea view, as well as a huge balcony around the entire apartment. There was no dining table inside the apartment, but on the balcony there were two tables with chairs and a clothesline for drying laundry. The apartment has two rooms and a bathroom. Each room has a large double bed, and in the main room there is also an extra bed, so it can accommodate up to five people. Both rooms have air conditioning that works when all windows and doors are closed. The shutters are lowered with a button. The furniture is comfortable and modern, only the kitchen is small but sufficient for preparing some light meals and coffee. There is enough dishes for that purpose. It also has a Tassimo coffee machine, but we made Turkish coffee. The bathroom is also modern, with glass entrance doors, a glass shower cabin and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are changed midway through the stay. The location is excellent, 3-4 minutes from the beach. From the balcony there is a sea view, so choose the first floor. In the yard there is a tap to wash sand off your mattress or feet. On the accommodation page it says there is no parking, but we saw that tourists below us parked their car in the apartment yard. We parked outside, on the street, and everything was fine. On the way from the apartment to the beach you have two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a bakery and a pastry shop, as well as souvenir shops. I also saw a clinic on the way that is open 24/7. The beach is sandy with a very long shallow area. There is a section next to the lifeguard tower where towels can be placed, and around it there are bars with sun loungers. We had a great time.
