Description
Thassian Blue Villa is a newly built accommodation, with new and quality furniture. The interior is very modern and nicely maintained. The accommodation units are spacious and the accommodation is close to the beach, the market and the bakery.
Thassian Blue is located in Skala Potamia, 400m from the center and a sandy beach with gradual depth. The first market and bakery are located 200m from the accommodation.
This property offers two apartments with one separate bedroom.
The ground floor apartment (45m2) consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed while the living room has a folding sofa bed for two persons. The living room also has a kitchen with a small fridge, built-in hot plates for preparing light meals and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a glass shower. The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Guests have a table and chairs to sit in front of the entrance to the accommodation unit.
The first floor apartment (55m2) consists of a living room with one double bed and in the same room there is a kitchen, which is equipped in the same way as the kitchen in the ground floor apartment. From the living room there is access to the terrace which is very spacious and has a side sea view and the bathroom also is accessible from the living room. The bedroom has another double bed and this room also has access to the terrace with table and chairs.
The yard, although small, is very nicely decorated, partly paved and partly under grass.
The accommodation does not have private parking but you can park your car in front of the property.
Cleaning, changing towels and bed linen is done every three days. It should be noted that frying is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and only light meals are allowed.
It is very easy to find accommodation, as soon as you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia, if you are coming from the Limenas directions, continue straight for a few more meters and on the right you will see this building.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
