Our description
Charitini Villa is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer which gets sold very quickly. It is a building in the second row from the sea, few steps away from the promenade with souvenir shops, restaurants, playroom for the youngest visitors, but also from the sandy city beach with long shallow water. Courtyard is nicely tucked and full of greenery.
Villa is located in Skala Potamia. It is 25m away from the sea and it is in center of this place. The closest market, where bakery products can be bought too, is on the promenade, only few steps away.
In total there are two apartments and three studios that are divided into two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there's one quadruple apartment and one studio while the rest of the units are on the upper floor.
Double studios are consisted of one double bed and, if needed, an extra bed can be added. The apartments are equipped with one double bed and two single beds. In the apartment on the first floor there is possibility of adding an extra bed. The size of the studios is 15m2 and of the apartments about 30m2. Quadruple apartment on the ground floor has two bathrooms and the kitchen is in the room with two single beds. and there is possibility of adding an extra bed The apartment on the upper floor and one studio on the same floor, each of them has kitchen on the balcony. Also, one of the studios doesn't have a separated balcony, only chairs and a table in front of the entrance of the studio.
All accommodation units have bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi and hair dryer. Kitchen in the studios and apartments have electric kettle and coffee machine.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
Although apartments and studios have kitchen, cooking is allowed but frying not. For frying you can use kitchen in the yard of this villa. Besides the gas burner stove, kitchen in the yard also has also barbecue, sitting and dinning set. In the yard there is enough space for safe playing of the children because it is enclosed. There is an outdoor shower which guests can use upon arrival from the beach. Villa has private parking provided for its guests.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you should go down to the center of Skala Potamia, where you will turn right and continue straight until the first street on the left where you should turn. The first house on the left is Charitini Villa.
If you want decent accommodation on the excellent location, close to the one of most famous sandy beaches on the island and close to the center, this is a good choice.

We welcome you to the rooms for rent Charitini in Skla Potamia and wish you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Charitini rooms are just 30 meters from the beach of Skala Potamia in Thassos Island. Located in an area that combines the amenities and services offered by a popular tourist destination, but also the choice for a quiet family holiday, are the perfect choice for quality and affordable vacation.
We have 7 rooms (of 15 square meters each) all equipped with kitchen, bathroom and parking space. All rooms have WiFi, A/C, heating , hair dryer and TV 14''. The kitchens are equipped with oven, kettle, fridge and coffee maker. Moreover, at our wonderful garden area you can prepare your own meals in a specially designed area and also have barbecue. Additionally, there is a lot of protected space for children to play. And in just 30 meters walk distance, you reach the best beach and the center of Skala Potamia, Thassos island.
Thassos Island is located in northern Greece, across the coast of Eastern Macedonia. Its coastal line reaches 115 km and its surface is 378,84 square klm. It is 18 nautical miles away from Kavala. Administratively, Thassos belongs to Kavala prefecture and is one of its provinces. The island has lush vegetation. The pine trees touch the seashore, beautify the place and cool with their shade in summer. The main income source of Thassians is marble mining, tourism, olive oil, olives, honey etc. In the entire island there are beautiful crystal clear beaches, including Golden beach in Skala Potamia, Golden beach in Skala Panagia, the Koinyra, Paradise, Thimonia, Aliki which is considered as natural pool, the fine sand Astris, Potos beach, Pefkari, Tripiti, Atsapas in Skala Maries, Skala Kallirachi, and many more all around the island. Each shore has its own wonderful natural setting.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija i parking odlični, domaćica bi mogla malo da poradi na ljubaznošću, male sobe, prozori u kupatilu i kuhinji premali, loša ventilacija, prozor u sobi povezan sa šporetom, kada se otvori ne može da rade ringle.

Boravili smo u vili u drugoj polovini jula, u apartmanu br. 6 na spratu. Sve je bilo kao što piše u opisu. Parking u dvorištu, u hladu ispod loze i kivija. Dve terase, dve klime, kupatilo veliko, kuhinja na terasi, što je po mom mišljenju bolje nego da je u apartmanu, ako neko želi da sprema neka jela sa jakim mirisom ili roštilj, na raspolaganju je kuhilja sa svim potrebnim priborom u dvorištu, koje je takođe u hladu i spod loze, opremljeno stolovima i stolicama za odmor. Vlasnici ne znaju engleski, ali iskreno nam nije ni bila potrebna komunikacija sa njima, jer je sve bilo po dogovoru i po opisu sa sajta.
