The accommodation was just as we had anticipated, with the beach located merely 30 meters away. The owner was exceptionally kind, reaching out to us the day before with detailed instructions. The house offers its own parking, and a market is conveniently situated right below it. The rooms were clean and tidy. In the yard, there is a spacious kitchen where meals can be prepared, along with ample seating areas.

Excellent accommodation! The villa is located in the second row from the sea and the promenade, and although it is not visible on Google Maps, there is a small path leading down to the sea, which is truly remarkable. The owner is exceptionally kind and enterprising. The day before our arrival, she contacted us with instructions for entering the accommodation and wished us a warm welcome. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days, which is another significant plus. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lower part of the villa offers natural shade and ample space for everyone. There is also plenty of parking available. If you are heading to Skala Potamia, I highly recommend Charitini Villa :)

We stayed in a villa in the second half of July, in apartment number 6 on the upper floor. Everything was as described. Parking is available in the courtyard, shaded by vines and kiwis. There are two terraces, two air conditioners, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen on the terrace, which I believe is preferable to having it in the apartment, especially if someone wishes to prepare dishes with strong aromas or barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils in the courtyard, which is also shaded and beneath the vines, furnished with tables and chairs for relaxation. The owners do not speak English, but honestly, we did not need communication with them, as everything was as agreed and according to the description on the website.

The accommodation is satisfactory in relation to the price.

The relationship between price and quality is very good; accommodation that can be recommended; it is not luxurious, but it is decent; there is a fenced parking lot behind the villa, and in the courtyard under the vine and kiwi, there is a nice shaded parking area; connected rooms are available, which is great for larger families; the courtyard is filled with tables where it is possible to dine outdoors, as well as a summer kitchen where food can be prepared.

The Haritini Villa in Thassos, located in Skala Potamija, is phenomenal. In fact, everything looks much better in person than in the pictures. The hostess does not speak English, but we managed to communicate. She even provided us with fruit and pastries. Additionally, we purchased excellent olive oil from her at a price significantly lower than in stores. The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there is also a large shared kitchen in the courtyard with a grill, as well as a spacious, well-kept yard. Parking is completely shaded. The nearest beach and promenade are just a minute's walk from the accommodation, yet far enough away that you won't hear any noise at night and can enjoy complete silence. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants, cafes, markets, butcher shops, bakeries, and everything necessary. They changed our linens several times during our 11-day stay. All in all, I highly recommend both the hostess and the accommodation itself.

Villa Charitina is, in our opinion, situated in a truly splendid location, just a minute's walk from the most beautiful part of the beach in Skala Potamija, which is, by the way, phenomenal for children. We were accommodated in an apartment with two bedrooms, two terraces, and a kitchenette on one terrace, while the courtyard features a shared kitchen. The accommodation is not luxurious, but it is perfectly decent; towels and bed linen are changed every three days. We particularly enjoyed the large courtyard with tables and chairs, where one can dine and socialize if there is a larger group. The owner does not speak English, and at first glance, she seems a bit distant, but she is very kind and sweet, constantly bringing us her fruits, bakery products, and cakes for the children... A wonderful holiday overall, and we highly recommend this accommodation!

The overall impression is excellent. The villa is situated in a superb location, easily accessible. They welcomed us early, as soon as we arrived, even though check-in was scheduled for 2 PM. The beach (which is excellent) and the supermarket are just 20 steps away. The bakery is located on the main road, right above. The landlady is kind, an older lady, but she doesn't speak a word of English. You can contact the girl who cleans and speaks good English if you need assistance. The landlady was in the yard only twice during our stay. She is quite unobtrusive, and we felt completely at home. The villa is clean and spacious. Parking is in the shade, under the grapevine, within the yard. The air conditioning and stove work exclusively with the windows closed, as there is a sensor located there. We had two kitchens, one outside and one in the room. If you wish to prepare more elaborate meals, you must bring some of your own supplies. The bedding is changed after three nights, and if you ask, it can be changed more frequently. We had a terrace for ourselves as part of the studio, plus a table and chairs in the yard for each apartment separately. The only complaint is that the third bed was short, and I am 180 cm tall. The double bed is satisfactory. The place is exceptionally quiet, yet in the heart of the action. A warm recommendation.

There is no cooking facility in the rooms, and the outdoor communal kitchen, which is well-conceived, is quite dirty. A multitude of cats constantly wanders around, even on the work surfaces. The dishes are rusty, dirty, and unusable! The bathrooms are extremely small, with low ceilings and eerie lighting, and the dimensions of those bathrooms are disheartening. A constant unpleasant smell of sewage lingers in the air! Cobwebs and spiders are present in every corner! The air conditioning was not necessary, but I would hardly dare to turn it on! Dirt is everywhere! Due to the thick shade (which, I must admit, is a significant advantage), there are enormous amounts of mosquitoes throughout the day. The girl who came after three or four days only changed the bedding and replaced the towels. There was no talk of cleaning the apartment at all. The landlady was there on the first day we arrived and stopped by once more, so if you need anything in the meantime (like I needed a cleaner for my child), forget it. There is nowhere to wash it yourself! And to not make everything sound so bleak, I must say that the wi-fi is decent! All in all, never again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Tasos, an island for those who revel in nature. The villa is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The courtyard is adorned with splendid natural shade. It is not suitable for individuals allergic to bee stings, as they are prevalent, but one can enjoy the exquisite pine honey. Mosquitoes are abundant since they are not sprayed due to the bees, yet this can be easily addressed with repellents. A visit to Panagia is a must, an authentic village nearby with charming taverns, shops selling handmade souvenirs, a church, and picturesque streets. The collaboration with Nikana is exceptional. It is undoubtedly a wonderful experience and a perfect getaway.

The yard is phenomenal, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and seating and dining arrangements, beautifully arranged. The owners and staff are exceptionally pleasant and courteous. Nearby, you can find the most beautiful beaches worth visiting (Marble beach, Paradise beach, Aliki beach...)

The villa is situated in an excellent location, practically right on the beach, in an area that features a section with sun loungers and a space for free use. The accommodation units are somewhat cramped, yet still sufficient; the only drawback is that there are no screens on the windows in the upstairs apartment and smaller studio. The entire ground floor is adorned with beautiful grapevines, creating a lovely area with a large kitchen section and a barbecue, but this also attracts numerous mosquitoes and wasps, making screens essential. Mrs. Haritini is very kind, as is Konstantina, the girl who maintains the property, with whom you can arrange everything since she speaks English. There is space for four cars in the yard, while others have room around the villa. The noise from the promenade is inaudible, as it is well shielded.

The overall impression is very good. The villa is situated in an excellent location, right next to the promenade and the beach, yet sufficiently secluded so that the nightlife does not intrude. Additionally, a parking space is guaranteed, and the vine provides delightful shade. The yard is also shaded, featuring a spacious kitchen and a functional grill, which means there is no dust from years of disuse; there are also stacked firewood and charcoal available for those who wish to use them. The rooms are somewhat smaller, at least ours on the upper floor, but they are adequate for basic needs—nothing extraordinary, and more is not necessary. The navigation leads precisely to the location. All in all, for anyone visiting that part of Thassos, the villa comes highly recommended as it is the best area of the entire beach.

Overall, the accommodation is very good, and I would choose to stay with them again if I decided on Skala Potamia. The only significant drawback is the annoying mosquitoes, which seem to be a problem for the entire island, so it would be wise to bring some protection. A big plus is the shaded parking in the courtyard with a gate.
