Hotel Description

Paradise House is an excellent choice for families seeking a bit more privacy, as it is an independent house. It is located in the second row from the sea and just a few steps from the promenade. The house is beautifully furnished, with a tidy and spacious yard, and guests also have access to private parking.

The accommodation is situated in the center of Skala Potamia, 20m away from the beach with a long shallow area. The first restaurant is right next to the accommodation, the first bakery is at 100m, and the first supermarket is approximately 150m away.

The house has an area of 50m2, consisting of a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Guests have access to air conditioning, a TV, a safe, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a washing machine that guests can use free of charge.

Small pets are welcome, with prior notice before booking.

In the yard, there is a gazebo for sitting and a brick barbecue that guests can use.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is done every fourth day.

Private parking is available within the yard.

When you disembark from the ferry in Limenas, follow the road towards Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km, you will reach Panagia, pass through the center and follow the road to Skala Potamia. After passing the JET OIL gas station, turn left after 500m, then drive to the end until you reach the sea, then turn left onto the street that runs along the sea. After 150m, on the left side, you will see the Nautilus tavern, and Paradise House is located just behind it.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
