Description
Hotel Atlantis is located in Skala Potamia, 60m from the sandy city beach. It offers six double rooms on the first floor. Four rooms are located at the front and have a partial side view of the sea and two are located at the back (smaller in size) and overlook the mountain and the surrounding area. The rooms at the back have double beds and the three rooms at the front have two connected single beds while one has a double bed. A cot can be added to the rooms, if needed. There is one hot plate in the two rooms upstairs.
Since the units do not have a kitchen in their composition, there is a shared kitchen and dining room on the ground floor where guests can prepare meals. The kitchen has a microwave and toaster. Upstairs, in the hallway between the units, there is also a closet with an electric kettle and one gas hot plate, which you can use if needed.
There is private parking for four vehicles.
Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every third day.
Smaller pets are welcome.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
