Eric's Apartments is an accommodation with a spacious courtyard, featuring a pool with sun loungers and parasols available for guests to use. The property also has a bar where guests can order drinks.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 800m from the town beach.
It offers seven studios, four apartments, one deluxe studio, one deluxe apartment, and one suite apartment.
On the ground floor, there are three studios and two apartments, on the first floor also three studios and two apartments, while on the second floor there is one studio, one deluxe studio, one deluxe apartment, and one suite apartment. The view from the terraces is diverse, some units overlook the pool, some the mountain, and some the parking lot. Studios and apartments have the same bed layout - one double bed and a sofa bed for two, except for one studio which has a double bed and bunk beds. The deluxe studio has a double bed, the deluxe apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed, while the suite apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and two sofa beds in the living room.
All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. However, the kitchen is not intended for frying, so for this purpose, you can use the large kitchen in the courtyard, while in the apartments you can prepare light meals.
All rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace, wireless internet signal, a hairdryer, and a crib can be provided upon request. In the villa's courtyard, there is a large pool with a bar as well as toys for children. Small pets are allowed with prior notice.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every third day.
There is a private parking lot, where nine vehicles can be parked.
When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (coming from Golden Beach), turn left, then left into the first street. After 200-300m you will see Villa Elegia on the left side of the street, turn left there and drive straight for a few hundred meters to Eric’s Apartments.
