Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Hotel Arion is a quality accommodation located in the front row by the sea, right on the promenade, so most of the accommodation units have a sea view. In front of the hotel, there is a small courtyard with plenty of comfortable seating sets to enjoy the view of the sea with family, a partner, or friends.
Hotel Arion is located in the front row by the sea in Skala Potamia and 200m from the sandy municipal beach with a gradual shallowing. Completely renovated in 2009, it offers a total of seven accommodation units, three with a kitchen (25m2), and four with just a refrigerator (15m2).
The rooms are double and all have a queen-sized bed. Four rooms have a fantastic sea view, as the hotel is in the front row by the sea.
The hotel also has one apartment on the first floor (35m2), which consists of a bedroom and a living room and can accommodate a family of four or five. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the living room has two sofa beds. The apartment has two air conditioners, a side sea view, and a shower cabin in the bathroom.
All rooms, including the apartment, have mosquito nets on windows and doors. The balconies on the side of the hotel are smaller.
The kitchens in the studios and the apartment are not intended for frying, only for preparing light meals. Guests have access to a shared kitchen that can be used, but even there, frying and cooking more demanding food is not allowed. A baby cot is provided upon request when booking.
Towel and linen change is done every three days, and cleaning is carried out daily.
The courtyard is small but beautifully landscaped, equipped with furniture sets where you can enjoy with friends, family, or a partner, with a direct view of the sea.
The accommodation does not have its private parking, but you can leave your vehicle at one of the public parking lots in Skala Potamia.
If you are coming from Limenas, driving on the main road, turn left at Hotel Korina and continue straight to the intersection. Turn right and continue straight until you see the sign for Arion on your left, where you need to turn left. Continue straight to the sea, and on your right side, you will find Hotel Arion.
The nearest supermarket with a bakery is a five-minute walk away.
