Our description

Hotel Arion is a high quality accommodation located in the first row from the sea, right on the promenade, so most accommodation units have a sea view. In front of the hotel there is a nice little garden with a direct sea view and a plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for sitting and enjoying the view with family, friends or partner.

Hotel Arion is located in the first row from the sea in Skala Potamia, and 200m away from the sandy city beach with a gradual depth. Completely renovated in 2009, it offers a total of seven accommodation units for rent, three with a kitchen (25m2) and four with a refrigerator only (15m2).

All accommodation units are double rooms with one double bed, and an auxiliary extra bed can be added in three of them. However, please note that rooms are not large in size, so adding an extra bed significantly affects and limits the space. Four rooms have a fantastic sea view, because the hotel is next to the sea.

The hotel also has one apartment on the first floor (35m2), which consists of a living room and one separate bedroom. It can accommodate a family of 4-5 members. The bedroom has one double bed, while in the living room there are two folding sofa beds. The apartment has two air conditioners, and a side sea view. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

All rooms, including the apartment, have mosquito nets on windows and doors. The balcony on the side of the accommodation is smaller.

Kitchens in accommodation units are not intended for frying, but only for preparing light meals. Guests have at their disposal a shared kitchen that they can use, but even in it it is not possible to fry and prepare more demanding food. Baby cot is available upon request when booking.

Cleaning is performed daily, while bed linen and towels replacement is done after every three days.

The courtyard is small but nicely decorated, equipped with outdoor sitting sets so you can enjoy the direct sea view with friends, family or partner.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car in one of the public parking lots in Skala Potamia.

If you are coming from Limenas, turn left from the main road at the Korina Hotel and continue straight forward to the intersection. There turn right and continue straight forward until you see a sign for Arion, when you have to turn left in the street. Continue straight forward to the sea, and on the right you will see the Arion Hotel.

The nearest supermarket with a bakery is at 5-minute walk away.

Owners description

Our hotel is located in the village of Thassos Skala Potamia, it’s built on the waterfront with breathtaking view just 5m from the beach.

The hotel has been operating since 1975 and was completely renovated in 2009 offering more benefits to our customers. Also in 2004 we created five autonomous apartments independent from one another located 10 to 15 meters from the hotel and with direct beach access. Ideal for families with full living conditions and home appliances.

Our hotel is open to our guests from May 1 to mid October.

Around the hotel are graphic little shops where you can find anything you need (mini markets, restaurants, cafe bars, etc.) which are also located at the waterfront.

Our renovated hotel comprises a total of seven rooms, which are located on two floors four rooms of which are doubles, two triples and there is an apartment ideal for families or for a big company.

All rooms have view of either the sea or the mount Ipsario of Thassos. On the first 1st floor there are a double and a triple room and also an apartment overlooking the sea. The triple apartment has a separate bedroom and three extra beds at the center room with a small dining area and private kitchenette. An individual kitchenette is also provided in the triple room for your needs. The second floor has three double rooms and one triple.
In one of our double rooms a private kitchenette is provided.

All rooms are equipped with:

- TV
- Refrigerator
- Air conditioning and a
- Communal kitchen.

Each room has private balcony with a view of the sea or mount Ipsario.

The kitchen is available only to cover basic needs such as preparing a coffee, warm water etc. Cooking is strictly prohibited due to cooking odors, in respect to other customers.

There is daily maid service and linen is changed every two days and of course when necessary.

We also offer breakfast which is either served in your room or the hotel breakfast lounge, depending on your mood and if desired. Our breakfast consists of fresh and natural pure products such as honey produced from our own hives and our homemade jams.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Postovani, interesujeme da li u periodu od 14.8 do 22.8 ima slobodan dvokrevetni studio ( za dve odrasle osobe) sa kuhinjom i terasom i da ji su cene iste kao sto su prikazane .
