Hotel Description

Yanna Studios is a modest and decent accommodation, not far from the very center of the town and all the amenities that a tourist place offers. It has private parking as well as a barbecue available to guests. The yard is small and paved, but beautifully arranged and full of flowers.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 220m from the town beach. The nearest store is Albatros, 250m away from the accommodation, and a larger supermarket Carrefour where you can find bread and bakery products is 600m away, while the center is at a distance of 700m.

Yanna Studios has five studios (17-20m2), one of which is located on the ground floor, and four on the first floor.

Studio number 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. This studio does not have a balcony because it is on the ground floor, but it has a table and chairs in front for sitting.

The other studios (number 3, 4, 5, and 6) are on the first floor and have their own balcony with chairs and tables for sitting. Also, at the back, they have a large shared balcony that all guests can use. All studios have two single beds, and studios number 3, 4, and 5 have an additional, auxiliary bed, which is located under one of the beds and can be pulled out and rented for three people if needed. The auxiliary bed is not intended for adults. Studio number 3 is slightly smaller in size than the other studios. It should be noted that pulling out the bed reduces the space.

All units have: kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, internet access, and a hairdryer.

The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils for meal preparation, a small refrigerator, a kettle, and only one small saucepan. In the kitchens, preparing light meals is allowed, while frying food is not allowed.

Small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners.

There are five parking spaces right next to the accommodation.

If you are looking for a decent accommodation near the center and the beach in Skala Potamia but are not demanding because the accommodation is really modest, Yanna Studios can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
