Our description

Billena Villa is very nice, new accommodation with heavenly arranged, fenced courtyard, so the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around safely. Accommodation is well maintained and the owners make sure that their guests have everything that is needed for one pleasant stay.

Accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, about 900m from the center and 850m from the beach.

In total there are four rooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms are facing big front yard, while a triple and a quadruple room are facing small backyard.

Room no.1: equipped with one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from the double bed. It is a standard bed, when pulled out, comes at the same height as the double bed is. If this bed is pulled out, the spaces becomes smaller.

Room no.2: like room no. 1, also this accommodation unit is equipped with one double bed and one standard single bed that can be pulled up from the double bed. If this bed is pulled out, the spaces becomes smaller.

Room no.3: equipped with one double bed and one folding sofa for two small children or one adult. We would like to mention that the room gets quite smaller when the sofa is folded.

Room no.4: equipped with one double bed and two folding sofas. If both sofas are folded, the space become smaller but still, there is plenty of space.

Furniture is new and modern and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, but smaller size (12m2). Rooms are air-conditioned an have a TV, fridge, A/C, hair dryer, veranda, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.

Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done after three days.

The fantastically arranged courtyard has a lot of shade, grassy areas, playground for children, garden furniture, benches, olive trees and flowers. In the courtyard, you will find darts, chess and other board games, and there is a gazebo with barbecue, dining table and fully equipped common kitchen. Another common kitchen is located in the house, on the back side. The courtyard can be entered only with a key, that comes with the room key. All guests are provided with private parking.

Since it is located on the main road, you will easily find this accommodation. From the direction of Limenas, this accommodation is on the right side of the road and it is very well marked.

If you want high-quality accommodation, with a large yard for adults and children, clean and comfortable kitchen for preparing meals and enough parking space, Billena Villa is an excellent choice.

The rooms for rent Villa Billena are located about 550 meters away from the most beautiful and organized beach of the island. Skala Potamia is sited on the east side of Thassos and is approximately 15 minutes far from the capital of the island Limenas. The beach has golden, fine sand from side to side and the color of the sea is turquoise and crystal. Very near there are many shops for all your needs as well as lovely restaurants and cafes. Do not omit to visit the other picturesque villages of the island and the numerous beautiful beaches that surround the beautiful island of Thassos. Nature, sandy beaches, rich history and archaeological sites will not let you time to get bored.

The rooms for rent Villa Billena consist of four rooms on ground floor area, of which two doubles, one triple and one quadruple room, all with the possibility of adding extra bed. The double rooms overlook the front yard with the playground and the rest in the backyard. They all have refrigerator, air condition, television, hairdryer and for those who want to cook there is a central communal kitchen. In the large courtyard that surrounds the rooms to let Villa Billena, there is a playground and a lot of space to sit and relax and also to barbecue, which makes them ideal for friends and families. The yard is well protected, secure and directly accessible from all rooms. The rooms Villa Billena are a cozy, quiet and neat small complex suitable for relaxed quality holidays.
