Mouraki Stella Studios & Apartments is an accommodation with an excellent location - close to the beach, market, bakery, practically in the very center of the village, so everything is very close to you. The property itself is nicely decorated and meticulously maintained. Guests of this accommodation also have access to private parking.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, very close to the center and all the amenities this place offers, just 350 meters from the sandy town beach.

Mouraki Stella offers ten accommodation units that are distributed on the high ground floor, first, and second floor.

high ground floor

Number 1 is a triple studio with a double bed and a small single bed for a child. The studio has a balcony with a sea view.

Number 2 is a quadruple studio with one double and two single beds. The studio has a balcony with a sea view.

Number 3 is a triple studio with one double and one single bed. This studio is located at the back of the house and has a veranda with tables and chairs for sitting, but lacks privacy as it is right next to a common kitchen that can be used, as well as chairs and tables for sitting. This studio can be considered on the ground floor due to the cascading construction, but from the front where the entrance is, it is on the high ground floor because there are stairs.

Number 4 is a double studio with one double bed. This studio has the same position and view as studio number 3.

first floor

Number 5 is a triple studio with one double and one single bed. This studio has a sea view.

Number 6 is an apartment with two separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to five people. The first bedroom has one double bed and leads to a balcony with a small kitchenette with cooking hobs (the owners allow frying in this kitchenette on the terrace). The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed, and a sofa for a small child. There is another kitchen in the hall with a fridge and tableware. This apartment has two air conditioners and two TVs, one in each room. One balcony has a sea view, while the other overlooks the back.

Number 10 is a double room without a kitchen, only equipped with a fridge. This unit is suitable for couples who do not want to cook. This room does not have a sea view.

second floor

Number 7 is a triple studio with one double and one single bed. This studio has a sea view.

Number 8 is also a triple studio with the same bed layout and view as studio number 7.

Number 9 is a studio that can accommodate up to four people, rented as a triple and quadruple. This studio has one double and one single bed, and an additional single bed can be pulled out from the double bed as needed, which is the same height as the other beds and has a standard mattress. The kitchen in this studio is located on the terrace, so frying food is allowed here. The balcony in this studio is slightly larger than the other studios and has a side sea view, as well as a view of the mountain.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a bathroom, hairdryer, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Each bathroom has an open shower cabin. The studios range in size from 20m2 to 30m2, rooms without a kitchen are approximately 12m2, while the apartment is about 45m2.

Frying food is not allowed in the kitchens but there is a large common kitchen in the yard that guests can use to fry food.

Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners.

Cleaning, change of bed linen, and towels are provided once during the stay.

There are a few parking spaces in the yard, and other vehicles can be parked in the plot next to the accommodation reserved for guests.

The yard is paved, partly shaded, and nicely landscaped. Guests also have access to a common area for barbecuing and a common kitchen where they can enjoy and spend time with their family.

It is very easy to find, given its good signage, so if you are coming from Skala Panagia, just drive straight towards the center, and after passing by Niki market, you will come across Mouraki Stella Studios.

The nearest market is 100 meters away, and the bakery is 30 meters away.
