We were guests of this apartment from July 31 to August 14, with children aged 14.5, 8.5, and 6.5 years. We found the condition to be exactly as described by both the owner and the agency. The house is of an older type, spacious enough for a family of five, with a fully equipped kitchen. Although the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for adult use, as it is designed like an old Greek bathtub, younger children find it very interesting and enjoy it, as they can sit at one end. The owner informed us upon our departure that he plans to replace the bathtub with a shower cabin next year. As stated in the description, there is no internet in the accommodation; however, a signal can be picked up from nearby accommodations, but access to these connections is password-protected. This did not bother us, as we purchased our own internet. Upon arrival, we encountered a problem with the flat cooktop in the accommodation, which had two burners that were not functioning because the switches had been removed. The next day, the owner came with a technician and fixed the switches, after which the burners worked. The air conditioning unit also operated, but it did not blow cold air. The owner immediately called several technicians, but all were busy due to the increased workload of the season. After four days, a technician came and repaired the air conditioning, which worked correctly afterward. The beach is located in front of the accommodation, with natural shade, where we stayed, but we swam 20 meters to the left of the accommodation, as there were sea urchins right in front of it. The sand on the beach is a mixture of sand and fine gravel, so it is advisable to wear water shoes. We liked the house with all its flaws and virtues, as it offers a natural environment and the possibility of spending the entire day at the beach due to the natural shade. We also noticed that people fish in the morning and evening hours (this information may be of interest to fishing enthusiasts). Communication with Mr. Vasilis, the owner of the accommodation, was excellent (the owner speaks only Greek), and he visited us daily to check if everything was alright. We are very grateful to his sister Omofri (Efi) and her husband, who came from Australia and facilitated our communication with the owner, who was very kind and made an effort to help us in everything, ensuring that we felt comfortable and at ease. They offered to change our linens every three days, but we said it was fine to change them every five days, as there was really no need for more frequent changes. We thank the owner for the fresh tomatoes and peppers from the garden, which he brought us daily. One thing that might bother some is that part of the yard to the left of the house, facing the sea, is not fenced off from the neighbors, and in one area, there is tall grass (that piece of land belongs to a third owner, as they explained to us, who does not maintain his part of the property). Overall, our stay in the accommodation was exceptional; tastes vary, so please take this review with a grain of salt. This is simply our perspective. We would definitely return to this accommodation.

Hello, My opinion is that this is truly a sad situation. We stayed in a double room apartment that, while small, is functional. Everything in the apartment is brand new, yet it is dirty and neglected. When we complained about the cleanliness, we were told that some Bulgarians had been there before us and that they had not planned to clean. I went to Latsouris, bought Klinex, and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. The toilet seat was bloodstained on the underside... Additionally, on the fourth day, when we met the owners and asked for a change of bedding and towels, they told us that this is not a hotel. Your website states that everything is changed and cleaned every three days, so we mentioned that and arranged for them to leave clean bedding in front of the accommodation, as we did not want them entering the apartment due to their extreme negligence. The guests in the five-bed apartment had their toilet cistern replaced during our stay, and the bathroom mat, which was dirty and stained (something red like blood), was hung on the line where we dry clean beach towels... Disgusting...

I stayed with my wife and three children in an 80m2 apartment. Our first complaint was about the extreme lack of hygiene in this accommodation. The description states that it is a modest place right on the coast, and here’s how it looks: Bathroom: a toilet that seriously leaks, rodent droppings on the wall tiles, a bathtub with a strange slope (the bathtub is emphasized in the description, probably as an advantage since it provides comfort during showering, but in this bathtub, one can only stand in the left corner, and we have never seen anything like it). There is a dirty mat on the bathroom floor. We filed a complaint with the agency, and the owner came to clean the apartment again. Kitchen: described as very well-equipped, but we found dirt, sticky dishware, and visible remnants of food that had once been prepared in them. The electric stove with 2 burners in the kitchen cannot be turned on because it is broken. The dining table is covered with a sticky and dirty PVC cloth. In a nearby market, we bought a pot, a coffee pot, 3 plates, 3 glasses, 2 coffee cups, napkins, and disinfectants. After our complaint to the agency, the owner brought us a kettle and a small camping gas stove so we could make coffee. In the fridge, we found traces of mold and food, as well as stains on the inner part of the door (something had spilled), catastrophic hygiene. In the yard, there is a "functional" kitchen with a built-in grill. In fact, you have a gas stove with an empty gas bottle at your disposal. To use the grill, we bought a new grate in the market because the owner left behind a greasy, unusable grate. The location of the accommodation is quite good, with access to the sea and shade, but this is an old weekend house that the owner has not invested much in for a long time, yet he wants to have a constant income from guests. Oh, and the description states that bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days, which is not true. They are changed on the 5th day, and only if you remind the owner. They do not clean when changing linens and towels. As for privacy during the stay in this accommodation, the owner, along with 2 family members, comes to the yard every day at the same time, introduces themselves, settles on the beach in front of the rental, and swims and dives. I have never experienced this before, that during a family vacation that you have paid for, you have some sort of symbiosis with the owners, as they want to profit from the rental but also enjoy the same location since it is their property. The point: All this nonsense will surely unexpectedly increase your out-of-pocket expenses. The owner is clearly playing dumb, riding the season on the backs of guests. WARNING to all potential guests that the rental of such accommodation is overpriced, realistically worth up to €40/day, and perhaps not even that, so look for something else; there are honest hosts, and this one is not among them. For all that I have mentioned, I have photographs and video material, which I sent to the agency with which I made the arrangement, but why should we all be satisfied with what we paid for and what we received???
