Our description
Maria's and Vasili's House is a modest seafront accommodation with direct access to the beach with natural shade. It has private parking and a spacious yard surrounded by an olive grove.
The accommodation is located in Skala Rachoni and has two accommodation units: one apartment for five persons and one studio for two persons. Both units have access to the same yard.
The 5-bed apartment (5 Bed House, 80m2) has a separate bedroom with one large double bed that can accommodate two adults and one small child, while the living room has one sofa for two persons and one sofa for one person. The living room has a large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary cookware, a large fridge with freezer compartment and two hot plates. Air conditioning is in the living room. The bathroom has a bath tub.
Right next to it the 2-bed studio is located (2 Bed Studio, Small House, do 15m2), which is not in a separate building, but is located within the house where the 5-bed apartment is. The studio has one double bed, a kitchen which is part of the room and has a small fridge, two hot plates and necessary dishes. The studio has air conditioning. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area without curtain. The furniture in the studio is slightly newer and more modern than the furniture in the apartment.
Both units have a separate set of table and chairs in front of the entrance, and guests can also use a common set of table and chairs in the yard.
Guests can use the barbecue.
This accommodation does not have its own internet, but guests can use the WiFi from the nearby hotel.
Bed sheets and towels are changed every three days.
The yard is spacious, there is plenty of shade and greenery and it has direct access to the beach.
All guests are provided with a parking space.
If you are coming from the direction of Prinos you will find this accommodation easily. As soon as you pass the large supermarket in Skala Rachoni, you turn to the second street on the left, drive straight to the end of the street, then turn left again and after about 100 meters you will see the entrance to Maria's and Vasilis's House after about 100 meters. If, however, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas when you pass the Revoil pump, you need to turn right onto the second street, continue driving straight until you reach the end of the street and then turn left, where after about a hundred meters to the right you will see this house.
If you want decent accommodation that has direct access to the beach and a spacious yard full of greenery, this accommodation can be a great choice.

Maria's and Vasili's House is a house of 80m2 that is located in a small place - Skala Rachoni on Thassos.
It is an accommodation that is on the coast (20m from the sea) and it consists of a spacious yard with barbecue, kitchen connected with living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. In the living room is a single sofa bed and one sofa bed for two persons, and in the bedroom is one double bed.
In the yard is a parking space.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
