Hotel Description

Patroudis House is located near a beautiful part of natural shade beach in Skala Rachoni. It occupies a large space, so parking and the yard are very spacious, and the yard is equipped with toys for children.

A well-kept beach with pools and a Blue Lake bar in the hinterland is about 400 meters away. It is a beautiful, sandy beach, with some natural shade, sun loungers and parasols and fine music. The supermarket Latsouris is 300m away.

It consists of four studies suitable for families with two children.

All studios (about 22m2) are also equipped and have one double bed and bunk beds and have a fully equipped kitchen with a hotplate and all necessary utensils, as well as a toaster and kettle. All studios have TVs, mosquito nets, internet access, hairdryer and iron.

Two studios are located on the front of the building and two on the back and two studios share one common balcony. There is one TV on each of the shared balconies for guests to use.

Guests have at their disposal a built-in barbecue with tables and chairs, as well as a large well-equipped shared kitchen that they can use if they do not want to cook in the room.

For the youngest guests, the owners provided toys in the yard.

The accommodation has a large private parking lot which has enough space for all vehicles. Towels, bedding and cleaning are provided for three or four days depending on the length of stay.

When you enter Limenas from Skala Rahoni on the right you will see a pharmacy, drive another 1km straight on the main road, then turn left (the second turn after Oliver’s apartment) and after a few meters on the left you will see the accommodation. The hotel is about ten kilometers away from the island’s capital, Limenas.

If you want accommodation in a quiet location near the beach with natural shade, Patroudis House is a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money will be fully refunded. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
