La Terra Petra Apartments is accommodation of high quality service, which offers its guests a great deal of privacy and comfort. The owners are very kind and try to provide their guests with an unforgettable vacation. The apartments are equipped with modern furniture, each unit has its own private yard and they are located in a quiet location, which guarantees a pleasant vacation.
La Terra Petra Apartments is located in Skala Rachoni, 600m from the beach.
This facility consists of three four-bed apartments (40m2) with one separate bedroom for a maximum of four adults and are named Emerald, Sapphire and Pearl. All of them are located on the ground floor and have a beautiful view of the courtyard.
Generally speaking, there is no difference between the three apartments, the only difference is that the Pearl apartment has a jacuzzi, while the other two do not. In each of the bedrooms there is one king size double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed, which, when stretched out, reaches the dimensions of a standard double bed. The beds are handmade and of very high quality. All apartments have a spacious kitchen where you can find a stove with two hobs (frying is prohibited), a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, etc.… There is also a dining table and chairs.
From the living room and bedroom you go directly to your yard, where you can find sunbeds, a table and chairs and a drying rack. The yard is fenced and completely safe for the youngest to play, to which the owners also provided board games.
The apartments have two air conditioners and a SMART TV, with cable TV. In the apartments you can find an iron, professional hair dryer, hygiene products (shampoo, soap, body lotion, toothbrush, mosquito and bee repellent), internet access, safe, mosquito nets. On request, it is possible to get a cot, as well as a chair for feeding children. Each apartment has its own solar panel, so a sufficient amount of water is provided for each individual.
Breakfast is prepared by the owners and you can choose from what you would like to have for breakfast (a la carte) and at what time you would like it to be served to you. The owners prepare it with a lot of love and attention. If, on the other hand, you want to order something to be delivered to you, they also provided a kind of delivery card, so that service is also provided.
Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every third day.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation and according to the owner, it is quite safe to leave your vehicle in front.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
