Hotel Description

Olea Luxury Villa is located in Skala Rahoni on Thassos and offers newly built, modern apartments with two swimming pools.

On the ground floor are Frosso apartments of 50m2 and can host a family of two adults and two children. They consist of one French bed and two sofas on which kids can sleep.

Filippos apartments are a little bigger, they are 60m2 and consist of two French beds, one single bed and one sofa and they can fit up to six people.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

The windows are secured with mosquito nets, and there is also the possibility of using a free baby cot on request.

The kitchens offer two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as a large fridge with a freezer.

Bathrooms consist of shower cabins, and guests have a hair dryer at their disposal. Towels and bed linen are provided as part of the accommodation, and they are changed every three days, and the accommodation is cleaned every day.

Pets are not allowed.

Balconies and verandas overlook the pool. The nearest beach is sandy and is only 400m away from Olea Luxury Villa.”

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
