Description
Blue Stone Villa is located in the first row to the sea, only 40m away from the sandy beach, near the village of Skala Rachoni, a peaceful place in the northwest of the island of Thassos. The center of the village, which includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gas station and a large market, is situated 2.7km away.
This accommodation is a maisonette on two levels, intended for a maximum of eight people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third bedroom has a single bed and a folding bed, and in the living room, two people can sleep on the sofa.
Guests have at their disposal independent cooling units in the living room and all bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramichotplates and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets, offering views of the sea partially obscured by trees.
Within the courtyard with paved paths, lush greenery, natural shade and direct access to the beach, guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners and a surcharge.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
