Emerald Apartments is an accommodation with a pool, built in 2024 in the peaceful village of Skala Rahoni, on the island of Thasos. It is located right next to the main road, 10km from Limenas and 100m from the beach.

There is a market 100m away from the accommodation, and the first tavern is 70m away.

The accommodation consists of eight rooms, spread over two floors. On the high ground floor, there are four triple rooms, while on the first floor, there are four quadruple rooms on two levels (maisonettes).

Triple rooms (23m2) can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child, as they consist of a double bed and a sofa for one person.

Maisonettes (35m2) are for a maximum of four people. On the first level, there is a double bed and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the attic level) there is an open gallery with a double bed. Both levels have an air conditioner.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, as well as a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster. The bathrooms have a shower with a glass partition and curtain. The balconies are equipped with tables and chairs and offer a view of the pool and the yard.

Within the courtyard of the accommodation, there is a small pool with sun loungers.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation is done daily, and the change of bed linen and towels every three days.

Private parking space is provided for guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
