Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Olive Roots Luxury Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped property located in Skala Rachoni on the island of Thassos. Nestled between the azure Aegean Sea and lush greenery, it is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a pleasant setting. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and relaxation areas, offering the perfect environment for unwinding. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, while the proximity to nature and the beach, just 290m away, enhances the unforgettable experience on the island.
This property consists of 11 accommodation units located on the semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor of the building. The following unit types are available:
Studio Junior Suite can accommodate up to three guests. It features a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is wheelchair accessible.
Studio Superior Suite can accommodate up to five guests and is spread over two levels. The first level includes a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The living room also has a single sofa bed. The second level features an open loft with a double bed. Some units of this type are apartments and include a separate bedroom.
Deluxe Suite Apartment can accommodate up to five guests and is spread over two levels. The first level includes a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The living room also has a single sofa bed, while the second level features an open loft with a double bed.
Family Suite Apartment can accommodate up to five guests and is spread over two levels. The first level includes a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed. The second level features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
A baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito screens, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen includes a stovetop with two or four ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, or a large fridge with a freezer (Family Suite), a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, glass partitions, and toiletries. A washing machine is also available in the Family Suite.
Balconies and verandas, furnished with seating areas, offer views of the courtyard and pool.
