Owner description
Olive Roots Luxury Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped facility located in the village of Skala Rahoni on the island of Thassos, just 290m away from the beach.
This accommodation consists of 11 units located in the semi-basement, on the ground floor, and the first floor of the building. The following accommodation units are available:
Studio Junior Suite can accommodate up to three people. It comprises a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is adapted for people with disabilities.
Studio Superior Suite can accommodate up to five people. It is divided into two levels, with the first level featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the living room has a single sofa bed. On the second level, there is an open gallery with a double bed. Some units of this type are also apartments with a separate bedroom.
Apartment Deluxe Suite can accommodate up to five people. It is divided into two levels, with the first level featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom includes a double bed, and the living room has a single sofa bed. On the second level, there is an open gallery with a double bed.
Apartment Family Suite can accommodate up to five people. It is divided into two levels, with the first level featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed. The second level consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine (Family Suite), as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove with two or four ceramic hobs, a large oven (Family Suite), a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a large fridge with a freezer (Family Suite), a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray without a tub, with a glass partition and toiletries.
From the balconies and verandas, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the garden and the pool.
In the fenced and beautifully landscaped garden, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Daily cleaning of the units, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is provided.
Guests are provided with a parking space within the private parking area located in front of the property. There is also an option for electric vehicle charging and renting electric bicycles.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
