Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
9 Keys Studios & Apartments is a newly built property with a pool, located in the village of Skala Rahoni. It is situated right next to the main road, 400 meters away from the sandy beach Ariba, which is well-organized and provides natural shade.
Across from the accommodation, there is a gas station, and a bakery/pastry shop is located 100m away. City beach is 750m away.
Although the accommodation consists of a total of nine units, currently six units are available for online reservations.
On the ground floor, there are the four-bed apartments No.6 and No.7, equipped with a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom, as well as the three-bed studio No.5 consisting of a double bed and an extra bed.
On the first floor, there is the two-bed studio No.2 with a double bed, the three-bed studio No.1 with a double bed and a folding armchair, as well as the four-bed apartment No.4 with a sofa bed for two in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom.
All units are air-conditioned and include a TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator, coffee maker, and two hotplates. Each unit has a balcony or veranda overlooking the courtyard and the pool.
Guests have access to private parking space. In the fenced yard, there is a pool suitable for all ages, as well as sun loungers.
Upon request, small pets are allowed to stay.
Cleaning of the units and changing of towels are done every two days, while the change of linen is done every three to four days. At no extra cost, you can do laundry in the accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owners.
