Sunset Apartments & Studios is an accommodation near Tripiti Beach. Guests are provided with parking. Every year, tourists are highly satisfied with this villa due to its location, fantastic sea view, excellent hygiene, and very courteous owner.

The accommodation is located on a hill above Tripiti Beach, 150m from the main road, and comes highly recommended for the peace that surrounds it and the beautiful view. Tripiti Beach is only 350m away from the accommodation.

The property was built in 1997 and renovated in 2007. There are seven accommodation units available. The pool will not be operational in the 2026 season.

Three four-bed family apartments (28m2) have been renovated and are located on the upper floor. They have a French bed in the first room and a sofa bed in the second room, under which another bed can be pulled out. The fourth four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment (4) - 34m2) is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults, as it has a French bed in the kitchen room and two single beds in the bedroom. Families with up to three young children can also stay in the apartments. On the ground floor, there are three studios (18m2) with two single beds and two studios (18m2) with two single beds and a sofa bed or a drawer bed. The accommodation is decent and clean, and since it is located on a hill, all units have a beautiful sea view, regardless of their position.

Studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a mini kitchen, TV, WiFi internet, terrace, and bathroom.

Cleaning, as well as changing of sheets and towels, is done every 3-4 days.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

We recommend this accommodation to romantics and couples, nature lovers, and those who enjoy beautiful sea views, as well as to those who love barbecuing, beautiful sunsets, and peace.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, you will pass by the Blue Dream Palace Hotel on the right side, and then by the Trypiti Bungallows and Zako Apartments on the left side of the main road, after which you immediately turn left at the curve and drive uphill on an asphalt road that will take you straight to Sunset Apartments & Studios. It is the first left turn after the Zoe Hotel.

The view from the terrace overlooking Trypiti is perfect! It is very clean, and parking is conveniently located in front of the apartment. Everything functions flawlessly. All praises!

Adults are considered to be persons older than 15 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
