Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Gatos Luxurious Lofts Apartments is a newly built accommodation in Asprovalta, approximately 350m from the sandy town beach and 400m from the central square.
There are four accommodation units available.
Two studios are located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. They consist of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and a sofa for two.
Two studios on two levels can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a sofa for two (with a mattress), a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the gallery features a double bed. Two-level studies are not available in the 2025 season.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
These air-conditioned studios offer guests WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer on request, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower with a glass enclosure.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, there is a view of the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units is done depending on the length of stay and in agreement with the owner, with bed linen changed once a week. Upon arrival, clean towels are provided.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets.

Dobar dan, interesuje me za smestaj 4 Bed Studio, Suite , da li je ulaz iz dvorista ili sa glavne ulice? Na slikama se ne vidi da li je ulaz kako deluje iz dvorista i da li ima vrata na tom mestu ili su i pitanju klizna vrata kao kod terase? Takodje da li su cisti peskiri dostupni svakog dana?
