Gatos Luxurious Lofts Apartments is a newly built accommodation in Asprovalta, about 350m from the sandy city beach and 400m from the central square.
We offer two studios on two levels with accommodation capacity for a maximum of three adults and one child. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a sofa for two people (with a mattress), a kitchen and a bathroom, while there is a double bed on the gallery.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request and at no additional cost.
In these air-conditioned studios, guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer on request, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen.
Each maisonette has a fenced veranda with a table and chairs and a view of the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned depending on the length of stay and in agreement with the owner, and bed linen is changed once a week. Clean towels are available upon arrival, while each additional set costs extra.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets.

Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, Two-level, for period from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 89 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
