Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

MD Studios is located in the very center of Asprovalta, in an ideal location that gives guests quick and easy access to everything they need during their vacation. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and all essential amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are within arm’s reach. Thanks to its central position, everything is accessible without a car, and walking through the town becomes part of the daily enjoyment. The beach in Asprovalta is completely sandy, both on the shore and in the water, and has been awarded the Blue Flag multiple times for its cleanliness and organization. This charming town offers everything for a perfect holiday – a spacious beach, facilities for children and adults, affordable shops, a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, a long promenade, and plenty of greenery and shade for relaxing summer days.
The offer includes two triple and two quadruple studios located on the first floor. Each unit consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studios are intended for up to three adults and feature one double bed and a fold-out armchair. The quadruple studios are intended for up to four adults and include a double bed and bunk beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with a two-ring induction cooktop, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
Each unit has a private balcony with a seating set, ideal for relaxing with a view of the sea or the courtyard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units and bed linen change are carried out every five days, while towel replacement is done every third day.
There is no private parking, but a free public parking spot can easily be found near the property.
