Zoi’s House is a comfortable, carefully decorated studio located in the resort of Asprovalta, in the Agios Georgios region. At a distance of only 150 m from the center of the resort and 190 m from the beach, it is the perfect base for a carefree vacation, as well as for exploring this beautiful region that is becoming more and more popular, as well as more and more attractive to many tourists, especially those who want to get to their summer vacation quickly and easily.

The studio is located on the upper ground floor, and it consists of an open sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of three adults, and guests have one double bed and a sofa for one person at their disposal.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, while it also features a flat screen TV. The guests of the studio have access to a WiFi internet connection, while the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. A washing machine and a hair dryer are also available in the accommodation. Such commodities guarantee that the guests will feel at home during their stay.

To enjoy the open space, guests have access to the balcony, which is equipped with seating furniture, suitable for dining. It is certain that guests will remember their vacation in this accommodation for dinners in the open air, while the smell of the sea from the nearby beach reaches the balcony.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning and services of changing bed linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the cleanliness of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

Private parking is not provided, but guests can park their vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the building, along the street.

In addition to being the perfect place to stay within Asprovalta itself, Zoi’s House represents an ideal starting point for exploring the Agios Georgios region, so it is important to note that this accommodation is located only 2 km away from the resort of Nea Vrasna, 10 km from Stavros, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 97 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
