Apartment Yozy is located in Perei, 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is completely renovated, located in an attractive location on the ground floor and suitable for 4-5 people.
The apartment (45m2) has 2 terraces, one large with entrance from the street and one smaller with entrance from the yard. The apartment has a living room with 2 pull-out beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows and doors. It is also equipped with air conditioning and internet is available to guests.
During the stay, the guests themselved maintain the hygiene. Towels and spare sheets are also available.
Private parking does not exist, but it is always possible to find a parking space around the building.
The beach is sandy and is located 100m from the apartment. There is a wide promenade along the entire beach, and as Perea is connected to Nei Epivates, it is ideal for long walks and cycling. There are many restaurants, taverns and cafes on the coast. For those who would like to visit the various beaches of Halkidiki, 20km from Perea, there are the famous beaches of Potamos and Sahara.
Thessaloniki is close and makes this place very attractive. From Perea to Thessaloniki it is possible to reach the city by bus or take a boat trip to the center of Thessaloniki. Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos - a popular shopping centers in Thessaloniki - are a 10-minute drive away. There are several supermarkets in Perea, including Masutis and Lidl. For water fun lovers, Waterland is also nearby. The airport is located nearby, so the place is suitable for those who travel by plane.

When traveling with small children, the proximity of the accommodation is of utmost importance; being just a few minutes from the beach is the ideal choice. The accommodation provides everything necessary for a family of four. Sun loungers are complimentary with beverage consumption. The sea is shallow and warm.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
