Apartment Yozy is located in Perei, 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is completely renovated, located in an attractive location on the ground floor and suitable for 4-5 people.
The apartment (45m2) has 2 terraces, one large with entrance from the street and one smaller with entrance from the yard. The apartment has a living room with 2 pull-out beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows and doors. It is also equipped with air conditioning and internet is available to guests. During the stay, the guests themselved maintain the hygiene. Towels and spare sheets are also available.Private parking does not exist, but it is always possible to find a parking space around the building.
The beach is sandy and is located 100m from the apartment. There is a wide promenade along the entire beach, and as Perea is connected to Nea Epivates, it is ideal for long walks and cycling. There are many restaurants, taverns and cafes on the coast. For those who would like to visit the various beaches of Halkidiki, 20km from Perea, there are the famous beaches of Potamos and Sahara.
Thessaloniki is close and makes this place very attractive. From Perea to Thessaloniki it is possible to reach the city by bus or take a boat trip to the center of Thessaloniki. Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos - a popular shopping centers in Thessaloniki - are a 10-minute drive away. There are several supermarkets in Perea, including Masutis and Lidl. For water fun lovers, Waterland is also nearby. The airport is located nearby, so the place is suitable for those who travel by plane.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
