Apartment Bella 3 is located 400m from the sea, in the lower part of Peree. It is suitable for 4 people. It is in the form of a studio with a gallery. It has a large terrace of 15m2, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, TV. Also utensils for preparing meals in the kitchen (for a shorter stay), as well as bed linen and towels. The apartment is located 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki, 8km from the airport, close to many beaches and beach bars, 8km from the Water Park. Supermarket Masoutis is located less than 200m from the apartment, and Lidl at 400-500m.

In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
