Apartment Bella 3 is located 400m from the sea, in the lower part of Peree. It is suitable for 4 people. It is in the form of a studio with a gallery. It has a large terrace of 15m2, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, TV. Also utensils for preparing meals in the kitchen (for a shorter stay), as well as bed linen and towels. The apartment is located 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki, 8km from the airport, close to many beaches and beach bars, 8km from the Water Park.
Supermarket Masoutis is located less than 200m from the apartment, and Lidl at 400-500m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
