Apartment Bella 3 is located 400m from the sea, in the lower part of Peree. It is suitable for 4 people. It is in the form of a studio with a gallery. It has a large terrace of 15m2, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, TV. Also utensils for preparing meals in the kitchen (for a shorter stay), as well as bed linen and towels. The apartment is located 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki, 8km from the airport, close to many beaches and beach bars, 8km from the Water Park. Supermarket Masoutis is located less than 200m from the apartment, and Lidl at 400-500m.

The accommodation could not be more beautifully arranged. It has everything needed for a holiday. We went with the children, they loved the terrace, and we enjoyed it there. In a quiet and beautiful area where you do not worry about the safety of your car or your own safety.

It is close to the beach, yet quiet and peaceful, which was extremely important for our vacation. The apartment is spacious and neat, and we enjoyed it with our two-year-old child. Everything can be reached on foot, and nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, various restaurants and bars, boutiques, and a taxi stand. Jelena is very pleasant and helpful; she gave us a lot of useful information and recommendations on what we could visit. We spent most of our time in the apartment on the terrace, just like probably most of the guests. :)

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
