Owners description
Dimi Guest House is located in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, 270m from the beach and 14km from the water amusement park Waterland. Just a few meters from the accommodation there are bakeries, pizzerias, supermarkets, taverns, bars, ATMs, and everything you might need.
The apartment, which is located on the second floor of a three-story residential building that does not have an elevator, has a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. The bedroom has a double bed and one bed for one person, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, in which two independent cooling units are located in the living room and the corridor, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a Nes coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the city, on one of the two furnished balconies that you have access to from each room.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, for guests who stay in the accommodation longer than six days, is done by agreement, while for stays shorter than six days, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation and the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the apartment.
Dimi Guest House is 24 km from the center of Thessaloniki and 11 km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebva 3 cetvorokrevetna studija za tri porodice u Perei u istoj vili stim da mi godinama letujemo zajedno . Termin od 20.07 za 10 noci . Pozdrav i hvala
