Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Nicoleta's House is situated in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, just 150 meters from a sandy beach. It is a perfect choice for families and friends who want to enjoy relaxing by the sea, with easy access to city attractions. Perea, with its promenade full of cafes, taverns, and restaurants, offers an ideal blend of vacation and Greek authenticity, and regular bus and boat lines make it easy to explore Thessaloniki and its surroundings.
The two-bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator, can accommodate seven adults. It comprises a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has bunk beds and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
This accommodation, which has air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, offers guests free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, and washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, an induction hob with one ring, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, and a kettle.
The living room and both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests clean the apartment themselves during their stay. Guests replace linens and towels themselves and need to request a set as it is not readily available. An optional cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.
One parking space is provided for the guests in front of the building.
